  2. Here SHE is, capricious as a woman and just as beautiful ... I have to solve some problems but SHE has the potential and shows the right character. Voltage regulator to be changed and accelerator to be fixed as first adjustments, in the week the insurance starts and I bring SHE to overhaul in MOT. Then we start playing... seriously ...

  3. Thats because the Guzzi single plater is in fact a RAM unit but with a flywheel sourced from elsewhere. Thats why the Guzzi ones crack and the RAM one don't. Ciao

  4. Looking at the stock fuel map for a 2001 V11, it has some odd peaks and troughs in: Anyone know why this is? For example at 2000 rpm tps 48, is a peak of 193, which drops off at higher and lower rpms and higher and lower tps. There is also a low fuelling trough at 4000 rpm at wider TPS values.

  9. A final tweek has my v11 running very well again! New rubber and new front discs (old ones were 0.2mm under the minimum wups) will see me fully fettled for my upcoming jaunt to the lovely Scottish Isle of Skye. Can’t wait!

  11. You can buy sleeves for the seal areas like this so they can be reclaimed. Its a thin walled sleeve of probably .010" wall thickness that presses over the damaged area so the seal has a new running surface. Ciao

  17. Hi everybody , so I made an aluminum mudguard and its stainless steel brackets, and then lightened the upper triple tee slightly. I fit a griso fork (showa) and radial callipers with their adapters (while waiting to find radial fork legs for my fork) Then I made two legs of cast aluminum headlights with their stainless steel collar, and put it all cleanly My bike has radically change its behavior compared to the original fork and better, I am delighted! eddy from france;)

  18. Fitted a new (cheap) timepiece to the Sport. I learned this from my cherished riding bud, Bruce Heath RIP: get a cheap wristwatch that matches your instruments, take off the band tabs and affix it to the triple tree. Maybe next time, I'll spring for a better watch . . .
