  1. I posted this earlier in this thread ... "I have an actuating rod from a dual plate '03 and it measures 203mm in length by 8mm I have the OEM 6spd clutch actuating rod receiving cup, or "button" with a hole measuring 8.68mm. I don't have the rod to measure length as it's in the bike. I had, and threw out, a 5spd clutch. I measured the "button" hole and posted it somewhere on the forum in one of our conversion threads. I believe it's smaller in dia. maybe 6 or 7mm??" Sorry

  2. Have you checked the diameter of the cup the pushrod actuates against the diameter of your clutch pushrod? I found a 5 speed RAM clutch had the wrong size for a V11. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

  6. Got the included hub out, single plate V11 hub fits like a glove. And yes, the hammer was necessary.

  7. Right. The "hub" fastens to the gearbox input shaft with a special nut and "safety retention washer" with a tab that turns down to lock the "slotted nut." Don't let it walk off and end up like po'-po' me . . .

  8. Just knock out the supplied hub and use your 6 speed one. You might need to turn the fitted one to get the splines to line up if the're out and then pull/tap it out from the engine side. Looks to me like they have just slid it in there for packaging and transport purposes. Ciao

  9. I respectfully disagree. Timing chain/tensioner is a simple job, and it sounds to me that it may be in order..
