  2. I would agree... but my blibblob is pretty much a sport now due to no fairing and clip-ons. Love the paint job on a tenni though- gorgeous shade of green

  3. Pay no mind to the relays in this view, the image is only to show my method of labeling relay functions: Start - Lights - Neutral - ECU - Fuel/Ignition

  4. Got my new LeMans badges to replace the 'Cafe Sport' badges on the carbon fiber side covers I got last week. I'll be using these on the Tenni and didn't want to remove the "Tenni" badges from the stock side covers. They are NLA. The pic of the inside shows the raised areas and the grommet/sleeved washer reinforcement that Lucky Phil was referring to concerning cracking mount points on CF covers. These covers were standard Guzzi items on the Cafe Sport. Very well made. btw, those badges are still available, unlike the early badges, and cheap at $7.20 for both

  7. Is that your Tenni? How long have you owned it? Desirability/collect-ability? I think Tenni fits in something like this... just My Opinion... (don't be hurt anyone please) Scura R Copa Rosso/Nero Corsa Tenni/Scura Cafe Sport Rosso Mandello Early (red frame) Sport LeMans Sport As time passes the Tenni will move up the list for rarity. Of all the specials edition models, the Tenni has the best 'back story' in the Moto Guzzi racing history of their champion Omobono Tenni.

  8. I for one think they are quite special. It is pretty much the same as any LM but the look of it to me is outstanding. It has the extra suede seat, titanium nitride coated fork tubes and a (not so good) aluminum flywheel with a single plate clutch. I believe it was produced in the lowest numbers (except Copa) of all the specials, 170 worldwide. 35-40 in the US.

  10. Hey up guys, A couple of instances of non-starting lead me to noticing that how the seat cable is routed results in it pressing up against the rearward relay. I’ve lashed it to the sub-frame now so that’s that, but might be something to check? What is that relay for again? Basically I had a starting failure where the bike was priming and cranking fine but not firing up. I did an amateur relay wiggle which did the job so am wondering if my diagnosis is correct? Docc- I remember seeing that you’ve labelled your relays, can you post a pic purlease?

  11. Excellent sauce. Cheers docc! I’ve not had a problem till now but I’m guessing that miles and miles of good vibes thru the latch cable may have stressed the relay base (or just that relay) causing consternation in the system.

  12. I also label the fuse functions as to be visible from the left side on the side stand. (Likewise, ignore the 30 amp Maxi fuse, that did not work and been superseded by a circuit breaker.)

  13. Hey-yep . . . stand by . . . That rear-most relay (#5) is the majorly stressed fuel injection/ignition relay. It also feeds Relay#4 for the ECU, so that is part of the completely separate wiring harness for the V11 to run and includes fuses #1 and #2. This is the circuit that Kiwi_Roy's "Go_Winkie" monitors. I recall K_Roy's measurements confirmed Relay5 carries some 22.5 amps. Definitely un-good for a 20 amp relay, especially if the Chinese have over-rated it . . . [edit: Best Relay] Also critical the relays make good contact. [edit: Relay Base Repair] Great catch finding the seat latch cable against the 5th relay! Going to check mine now . . .

  14. Hi Shaun - thanks for the offer (Kane had also asked) - but would prefer them to stay with original bars as - subject to sale of the bike - am offering the complete set (and also stock mirrors) in the classified section ... Gio

  16. As a matter of fact it is my Tenni. I’ve had it for about 4 years and it had been on my list to buy for a long time. They don’t come up for sale all that often so when this one came up I grabbed it. I have a Stelvio and a V7 II also but this one to me is really special. I’ve loved the V11 LM since they came out and the Tenni to me is the pinnacle of the iteration - maybe not technically but stylistically so. I posted to hear what others think or if it was just me? 17. Of course it’s “special” - name one V11 which isn’t? However, there’s one quality which stands out which “models” are special - the ones equipped special - those running Ohlin’s. That said, imo the Tenni model is uniquely special - as the only V11 to ever have raced at the Isle of Man TT 🇮🇲 Bravo! Respect.

  19. I never got an answer about the maps, I've been using the stock map and enjoying the sound. To be honest I've been riding my sh#tty Norton and suffering with the overrun. Pray for me.
