  1. So after being on WildGoose forever I thought I'd come on here, I post as Old Jock on WG, but went for a change of moniker Don't own a V11 so what the hell am I doing here? Well I've got a bike with a HiCam engine in it that's giving me endless trouble and may be getting another, glutton for punishement I was attracted by the legend that is Lucky Phil, I see some other of the "usual suspects" too and some of the technical topics on here are first class As I couldn't find an introduction section I just thought I'd post up here and introduce myself. 3. I think so thanks. I bought some of it at Harpers, some at MG cycle and some off one of the breakers on eBay. Now got to get the chin spoiler painted etc and wait for the border to open so I can collect the bits from the US side. Free shipping in the US and a silly price to Canada!

  5. Most YooToob you can simply copy the URL in the address bar at the top of the page and paste it directly into the reply window (not using the link function/"hamburger") and the opening frame of the video displays in your post. Pics can usually be "hotlinked" by opening the image where it is displayed, right clicking on the image for a menu and select "Copy Image Location" --> paste into the reply window. This leaves the image hosted where you found it and does not have to be resized or hosted here. These links sometimes go dead later on. Sometimes I can restore them, but not always. I post so many images here that I use a hosting site. There are numerous of those, yet what with PhotoBlockit's antics and the fact many of those hosted albums are tracked and can be searched publicly, I only trust ImgZeit. It is secure, simple, and affordable. Plus, I can remember teaching the developer how to ride a bicycle.

  9. It's a disaster around here, too, Remo. Our local county has 40 deaths from the virus so far. To say the US was woefully unprepared is an understatement. Take care of yourself, and best of luck..

  10. It's Saturday night and I've just read this thread from start to finish. My life must be boring, you think:) As an owner of an early red frame, I'm not very anxious about the spring, but you'll never know. Shit happens. PayPal friend-payment for two springs to Norway is done. I'm sure it's cheap insurance. Thanks a million for the effort @Chuck and @Scud a.o. The R&D you've done is impressive!

  11. So much to dig on, there! A whole stage of Orange® Half-stacks that match the miniskirt of the chick stage right with the Go-Go boots. The STP® sticker between the pick-ups of the cat playing slide (I'm betting Andy Granatelli didn't pay him for that in those days). And a bassman that never got the memo that all bassmen are to play from a dark corner and remain largely motionless.
