  2. Spent stupid money buying what might be the only pair of Tubi Competition mufflers available for purchase. They were fitted to G&B Supertwins and are long out of production. I love my Titanium mufflers, but these are quite special.

  7. here are some previous posts on rear shock absorbers that you may find helpful. https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?/topic/19555-shocking-rear/&tab=comments#comment-212161 https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?/topic/17903-rear-shock-swap/&tab=comments#comment-190413 https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?/topic/17262-rear-shock-absorber-crack/&tab=comments#comment-184473 https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?/topic/8147-broken-shock-eye/ https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?/topic/4246-shock-horror/

  8. No idea without someone testing, but here is the description from MG Cycle, which suggests it is designed to fit:

  9. That’s a good question. You’d have better luck finding a picture of a unicorn with a hard on then you will finding any sort of detailed pictures of these things. I’ll be taking a serious look when they arrive. Might just need to whack off the inlets if they are angled and have pipes made to fit. My original idea was to run the mufflers way up and tight right next to the tail. I think I can make it work with these.

  10. Looks good, but with our short front fenders I wonder how well and long it will hold up to road spray and debris... I repainted my alloy one after the first year of being "blasted"

  11. Right... I know from speaking with Joe Caruso in England these 4v engines had a problem with the oil pump and cam followers. From what I’ve been told, the Centauro I bought was a 1 owner bike and it has 28K on it. No problems from what they say. Since it’s coming apart for some performance modifications, I went ahead with the timing gear set, improved oil pump and custom cam followers. I’m thinking maybe I won’t need the plate or it won’t fit. So I’d rather pass it along to someone who needs one of they are not available (from reputable people)

  14. Lucky? Welp... I’ll remind myself of that when I’m enjoying my umpteenth bowl of white rice If I’m lucky...I’ll have them on the Moto for the trip to Tennessee. I’m hoping they won’t be as loud as my current set up. Not that I dislike the rumble...but when you are riding with a group, it can be rude unless you are in the back of the pack...

  15. If these don’t fit a 4v Daytona engine, yes.

  16. In keeping with the rare & exotic theme. I also came across what very well may be one of the last NOS Tenni Suede seats around. And yes, I did get the little passenger hump also.

  18. I'm thinking it would the only issue i see is the length of the remote reservoir hose and the overall shock length eye to eye. I can measure a std V11 shock for those things if needs be. 310mm rings a bell eye to eye. Ciao

  19. Due to C-19, my rebuild plans have been pushed back and I also have a couple other projects going on. So my bike is still ride ready. I bailed out last year worried about the bad weather. I think I’d like to attend this year. Plenty of time to prep and it would be a nice trip to take while she’s still in this semi stock configuration. will check on accommodations!

  21. I tried signing up for one of the popular image hosting sites and finally gave up. For about $1US monthly, I find Imgzeit utterly easy to use, very intuitive and hassle-free. Very happy, as some forum software requires a cumbersome and archaic process for posting pics.

  22. I use Imgur only because if they went anywhere the 14 trillion cat memes on the internet would go away. And we know thats not happening. The internet runs on two things, cat memes and porn.

  23. As mentioned, the rack is OEM MG. I had one, and as I recall the weight limit is pretty low, so be aware, likely because of how it is cantilever mounted. Looks great and welcome

  24. Yes the Mani fairing looks quite suit the V11. Personally I couldn't care less who the previous owner was as long as he looked after it. I wouldn't pay a premium for it thats for sure. Ciao
