  6. Thanks for the photo Docc. It was reminder to me. My bike appeared to be leaning a little too far when on the stand. Bev was nice enough to hold the bike up while I got an allen socket and 25mm wrench to those buggers. Yep they were loose. Not sure I put 50lb on the big one, not a lot of area to get a bite.

  8. This may / may not help you , but you should replace all relays w/the part # docc gave you . this is going to be a small problem causing a lot of trouble .

  9. Thanks Guzzler. I just looked at the old bracket, and used that as a copy, minor adjustments. Works well and easyly made in an afternoon, for free. Cheers Tom. Sent fra min SM-A505FN via Tapatalk

  11. For Docc & Phil : they have been "in tank" since the 80s and the tanks have been both metal and plastic .

  12. Hmmm! Yrrs! It's like people claiming they can get 130HP from an 8V Griso with a pipe, open airbox and a PCV.......... I scoff and break wind in their general direction.

  13. Have not passenger vehicles had their fuel pumps inside the tank for decades without issue?

  14. Hmmm.......I hope you dont believe its anywhere near that figure. 84HP is about the best you'll ever see from a stock bike with exhaust and tuning upgrades. Ciao

  15. You can download the map using 'Reader' turn off the lambda input and then change anything you like using Tunerpro and upload the finished result using 'Writer'. Power commanders are so last century Darling!😁

  16. Found the pads . EBC . Got it back together / bled with a lot of "rigging" , Phoenix bleeder and DOT 4 . I cleaned up the pins / stuff , then used cold galvanize spray on them . I forgot to use brake assembly lube …..Mmmm. I don't like aging . I used to remember EVERYTHING and knew where EVERYTHING was , so I didn't try to organize . You wanted a 3/8'' SAE nut . No problem , I would dig you one out of a pan somewhere . Now , where did I put that FUC#ING brake caliper ? Then , where did I put the FUC#ING brake pads ? And so it goes !
