  1. Sometimes, I feel like I'm the only person in the world that is more comfortable with lower bars and higher pegs, and I've already got the lower Magni clip-ons. I find that if there is too much weight on my wrists, it usually means I'm going too slow and there's not enough wind resistance to keep me balanced 😂 Seriously, though... I have lower back issues, and for me, a more leaned-forward position tends to be better for my back. The more upright I am, the more likely I am to wince going over bumps. I know... seems counter-intuitive... but I'm ok with it. I even see people trying to get a more upright position on the newer V7s, which boggles my mind. When I ride my wife's V7III, well... I like the bike, but if it was mine, it would have clubmans and rear-sets on it yesterday. __Jason

  2. It’s a great one. Like u say, hard to find in some places, but Then u end up in Montana and see it’s darn near everywhere (or was last time for me), and about the same price as regular. Crazy.

  3. Yes docc good images there and the price is as you can see more reasonable although by the time you add in the cost of a repaint to make it perfect again its going to be about 1/6 of the price of a good second hand bike. Ciao

  4. The later units use a simple support bar that straddles the two rear mounts to give some mechanical integrity for the seat lock as the later cowl is pretty flimsy and wont take the strain of the seat lock assy mounted to it directly. Ciao

  5. Changed for the 02 year model. Don't know what that means for the US as you guys confuse me with that year model stuff. BTW I have one of those later units here and they are about a million lbs lighter than the earlier units. And yes they are asking way to much for that. Ciao

  6. This is the Moto Guzzi V11 forum, right? That thing is about as far from a V11 as one can get, even outside what a transverse, air cooled, 90 degree twin should be subjected to, meaning Piaggio will likely sign up the creator for their MG design team. Then again, after their MGX-21 Flying Fartstress, there's no where to go but up.

  7. Okay, I misunderstood thinking you were just talking about the pillion cover. So, you're looking for an early (1999-2001) V11 Sport complete tail section to match your early Sport silver tank (like my 2000)?

  8. Here is my favorite of this kind of custom. Not a Guzzi, but ooh-la-la!

  9. Can't see much silver on this Tenni next to the early Sort, but I'm thinking these silvers differ: For sure the Tenni silver is not the grey of the same year (2002) red/grey Lemans. Footgoose's really nice Tenni looks good with this black cowl:

  10. I wouldn't because I'd already know I'd be wasting time talking to a tool. Ciao
