  1. Sorry, but mentioning the Boss Hoss in the same breath as that Laverda is just wrong.....

  3. Finally installed my Lucky Phil Extender. It really looks nice and fits perfectly. Nice work Chuck, and nice design Phil! Can’t try it any time soon, because the rims are off for bearings and such, and the rear shock is getting swapped.

  4. Toyota Tundras... had three of them. Bought a new Limited Crew Cab in 2005, which lasted until an accident a few years ago (still sore about that guy that lost control and hit my truck in a driveway...) Have had two others, both used with over 200,000 miles. Still have the 2006 SR5 Crew Cab that my daughter drives. Spent last weekend on my back replacing the steering rack, struts, shocks, tie-rods, sway bar bushings, rotors, calipers, etc. I think everything I took out was original parts (except brake rotors). Almost ready for another 200,000 miles.

  5. That racy brunette (by herself) looks really nice without the bike.

  6. Reckon the Lav would've handled better than any Boss Hoss though...

  7. ^ yeah it made a huge difference. And I will feel better about her running around CA Central Coast in it. She took my wife's Subaru Crosstrek back to school while I took time to get her truck sorted out. Hoping to swap back this weekend.

  8. Just an “idea” right? Not a formal rally with a T-shirt.

  9. You take a truck like that and do what you have just done Scud, plus throw in some new transmission and motor mounts and they feel tight and smooth like a new vehicle, very satisfying in my book...especially when its for your kid..:-)

  13. Nice package!! Definitely worth taking for a test ride Note though, it is a red frame, I hear it makes for a twitchy ride... I don’t know that I could handle it the way it deserves to be with my youth slowly becoming a vague memory

  14. That setup was on my'03 when I bought it 11 years ago. PO had no accompanying paperwork so not sure of manufacturer. No markings that I have seen either. I ride with bars all way up to save my back, makes it good for longer distances and like you said doesn't affect the OEM fork length.

  18. How did George have time to make such a great video? Doesn't he have a TPS to adjust, a relay to replace, and alternator wiring to fix? Where is the episode on the oil leak, and the tune-up? And not a hammer in sight! Unless he has one of those bikes that you just ride?

  19. This was where Dan ( on the right ) had the bike hooked up to GuzziDiag & we were having a look at what it was telling us. Wayne is in the background having just sorted out Nick's bike's longstanding problems with the push of a few buttons ! Great stuff. Although next year I'm bringing some fans to donate to the garage.
