  1. I've followed this thread and, upon review of the content, a simple title change is appropriate. It seems the Original Poster would approve.

  2. Cross references for V11 Sport fuel tank cap: Aprilia '98-'03 RSV Mille 1000 & '02-'05 Tuono. Givi Tanklock tank ring p/n: BF02 SW-Motech Evo tank ring p/n: TRT.00.640.17500/B SW-Motech Pro tank ring p/n: TRT.00.787.17500/B SW-Motech Ion tank ring p/n: TRT.00.475.17500/B Check out this topic: https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/topic/22036-anyone-successfully-use-one-of-those-quick-release-tank-bag-adapter-rings/ Edit: I removed the Triumph cross references for clarity and because, although the Triumph x-ref. is valid for the Givi Tanklock ring, it might not be for the sw-motech rings. I also added the SWM Ion tank ring for those interested in the Ion line of tank bags.

  3. I'm exploring the possibility of holding a Spine Raid in VA next year the weekend after the 4th of July 2024. I'm still looking at locations but this one is a good possibility: https://www.breakspark.com/the-lodge I've also roughed out a 5 hour ride for Saturday. May possibly add a side route that takes us up to Burkes Garden. Other possibilities are the Tazewell and Wytheville areas but there doesn't seem to be anything other than hotels for lodging. 5. Maybe docc or Jaap could just change the title of this one? This one seems to be running pretty well.

  7. Just so. One has to have it in mind beforehand or chase it like the horse it is.

  8. Oh wow, that would be bothersome. Does it feel somewhat like using car brakes without the engine running? I do that sometimes in my truck in my sloped driveway, and it is slow to stop.

  9. Triumph is coming out with a 400 single with a claimed output of 40hp, well 39.5hp to be exact...two models in fact, 400 Speed and 400 Scrambler. Although water cooled, they claim to be lighter in weight than the RE’s. Good looking bikes too and similarly priced, being manufactured in India as well.

  15. Is it still a SpineRaid if two guys meet up in their four wheel drive rigs, talk up V11s, and swap special parts over dinner?
