1. Steam generator designed by Carlo Guzzi based on a drawing made in Polytechnic of his father Engineer Palamede Guzzi before 1905. The thermal machine dusted off by Guzzi and built by Graziano Trincavelli, nephew of «Feree» Giorgio Ripamonti, has a boiler that generates steam which transforms the pressure into the mechanical rotation efficiency of a flywheel which constitutes the drive for a dynamo which powered the house's electric light and the pump of a well which supplied running water in the two houses, that of the Guzzis and that of the engineer. Angelo Parodi at Piani dei Resinelli. The machine is not, as one might think, a model, but an actual working steam engine. All brass taps bear the «Guzzi» marking which demonstrates their origin. The second example was unfortunately demolished.

 3. -OR- you can install a bleeder banjo bolt at the high point in the system, the clutch master. I did that and it eliminated the air problems. https://raceboltuk.com/titanium-c4/titanium-banjo-bolts-c1188/racebolt-titanium-banjo-bolt-m10-x-1-00mm-single-with-6mm-bleed-nipple-p45227#attribute[12]=163

 4. I made the decision to shut the key off and kill the writer program. Once I reconnected it took the literal 5 seconds to upload as @Lucky Phil said. More importantly the 3k rpm stumble/cough is now non-existent which is exactly what I was shooting for!

 8. saw Page & Plant play "How Many More Times" in 1998. It was a little more roots based IIRC. saw Zep play "Moby @#$$#!" in 1970. Bonzo must've done 20 minutes. Green trap set wearing a matching tanktop. @KINDOY2 I know that Zep is a love'em or hate'em band. So I won't proselytize

 10. For no reason I remembered this song from Umberto Tozzi and Monica Belucci; this came out in 1977 and became all the rage in France... During the vacations in the South, the whole camping had radios playing that song... listening to it today, it is obviously corny, but still, going back in time, I finally get it. You can sing it to your Monica Guzzi too!

 11. Yes sir. I printed out and followed the instructions to the letter. It was a fairly small adjustment bring it back in spec, but as stated the idle is about perfect now after the 'tune-up'.

 13. I know there is quite a bit of information already here on this topic, but I was unable to identify one spot that provided a start-to-finish tutorial. If someone can point me in the direction of such a thread I would appreciate it. Alternately, I will share here what my intended steps are and see if I am missing anything.... Step 1: Read and backup my existing map using IAW reader software Step 2: Write/Flash the new map (already obtained from 'Beetle' and much appreciated) using the IAW Writer program Step 3: Adjust CO values to fine-tune as needed Is it really that simple? What has me confused is all the talk about the need to download the tunerpro software to load the new map, but according to the Griso.com site instructions all I should need is the reader... Anyone have experience here with simply using the steps outlined above to install a new map? What am I missing, if anything? Thanks in advance for any feedback and hoping to give this a go tomorrow to solve my 3k RPM stumble woes. Here is a link to the instructions I am using for guidance: https://www.griso.org/GuzziDiag for 15M-15RC-5AM.pdf Cheers!

 14. Hi docc, let me talk to the crew at Oberon and see what they can do for us. We sell a ton of cylinders for many brands and we are always talking about the models that would benefit from upgrades.

 21. You know before you get done , you will have your bike in the kitchen or living room with your wife holding the test light and voltmeter . and sorry , my electronics instructor always said "B +" and I have maintained that term .

 22. That is helpful for the troubleshooting. Yet, you found ~12v (what gstallons calls "B+"/battery positive voltage) to Fuse 6 & 7 with the Ignition on? Can you see the voltage is 12.xx? 12.00 . . . 12.45 . . . 12.84 ?

 25. I haven't done it yet (no not that, playing with the map...) but I've read a lot about it, and spoken to Beard, author of Guzzidiag, about it. You need Tunerpro only if you want to alter your map. Reading it out is done with IAW reader, and flashing a new map is done with IAW writer. What you didn't mention: make really sure your battery is good, particularly when writing. Better still, connect a charger. Also make sure your laptop will last the distance. Better still, use the power supply. If something (bike or computer) runs out of power whilst writing, you risk turning your ECU into an attractive paper weight.

 36. Anyone crossing The Appalachian Divide should know that "feels like 90º" on The Plains (of Tellico) can "feel like" the upper 40ºs on The Cherohala after a little dampness/shower/fog/cloud ceiling with wind chill at speed. FWIW, I am using the U.S. National Weather Service (NWS) and other storm focused weather apps. Places like The Weather Channel™ are, IMO, entertainment focused and will show you a snowflake every chance they get. Snowflakes sell. Meteorology a dull box of cloudy uncertainty. Yet . . . The Cherohala cloud ceiling is real . . .

 38. The NWS is forecasting 40-50% rain chances in north Georgia Friday, highs mid-70ºF. Modeling, of course, gets better as we get closer (high resolution models come into range at about 48 hours out). Even those rain chances are sporadic through the day (not a "wash out"). Precisely where an AeroStich RoadCrafter comes into its own! Still early to etch forecasts in stone, but the Cherohala looks like a high of 62ºF at The Divide with a 40% rain chance. That'll be chilly at speed! Sunday looks cool and clear in the entire region. The kind of air that Goozzees live for!
