I have read so many different accounts of Stevie Nicks and her relationships Stevie Nicks and Buckingham, Stevie Nicks and Mick Fleetwood, Stevie Nicks Joe Walsh, Stevie Nicks and Don Henley....Stevie Nicks and Jimmy Lovine.... they always seem to end up the same in HER recounts..she was the star and she left them....makes me want to go....hmmmmmmm. The music business is not the best place for relationships but I guess with her does make for some good song writing material.

Lindsey Buckingham is a highly under rated Artist...Although Billboard does rate him as one of the TOP 100 guitarists of all time...He is self taught..does not read music..but that finger Picking...OH MAN. He wrote this song and was pissed off when singing it to her live for the first time on stage here..right after she had walked out on him..She only got the job with Fleetwood Mac because Mick wanted him for a guitar player and he insisted they hire her too or he wouldnt accept the role..she was his longtime girlfriend at the time...no good deed ever goes unpunished. ha ha

IMHO...#1 Get some good tires #2 Learn how to do docc's complete "Decent tune up" ( do the whole thing carefully..its not hard if you get a few simple tools) and you will really love your bike. All the rest you can do as you go and learn about it.

I probobly still have a set, I don't remember selling the ones I had, If you really need them I will go thru my V-11 stuff I have packed away later today or tomorrow and see if I can find them. I don't mind shipping if you pay the cost. ( You know that isn't usually cheap USA to NZ). Cheers.

Morning Bill...yeah seems this is getting to be my usual wake up time 3:30-4:30 am.... Maybe if I stayed up later than 9:30 I could stretch it out a bit. I just Got back last week from 3 weeks riding in Italy with a friend from Rome..mostly Dolomites/Stelvio/Switzerland...so not 100% time adjusted yet ! I just spent 3 weeks in Italy/Switzerland/Austria/Germany riding the Alps/Stelvio/Dolomites, etc and all over Northern Italy...with one to 3 well experienced guys riding the new 1300 BMW's and me on a stock 2020 V-85 with 90,000 km on it .....There is nothing the BMW 1300 can do in the tight and steep mountain roads that the V-85 cant do except blast for a minute on the straights..and in fact the v-85 can do the tight steep Stelvio and Dolomite switchbacks better..you just have to use the gearbox more and push it harder..on the highway it'll run along for hours at 155KM just fine...Plus you have the Character of a Guzzi Air Cooled under you..:-) No rider modes,traction control..etc...just fun.

Had a good time at Misano today except for MM usual dirty riding at the end,seems he can’t help himself, He was basically boo’d out of the place by the entire Grandstand heading back to Rimini now, Then its off to The Dolomite’s early in the morning.. a few days up there then I guess I’ll do Stelvio and maybe stop by Mandello on the way back down south..,the v85 was excellent in the downhill switch backs around Tavullia yesterday thats where it shows its best… Its been Hot and humid for a couple weeks now.
