Glen Campbell was a far better musician than he is usually given credit for..and a fantastic picker.... About 2 years before he passed My wife and I were out to eat at a Brazilian steak house in L.A. ( one of those places where they carve it out of a big hunk at your table) and Glen and his whole family came came in and took the table next to us..about 12 of them..Him,his wife his kids and his Grand Kids..He came over to our table and said hello and was very low key and friendly....It was his Birthday.. He didnt recognize me. Flashback 45 years earlier In the early 70's when I was a young Camera man working for an Ad agency I was hired to shoot a commercial in L.A. at a Golf course with Glen and Forrest Tucker..This is when Glen was drinking big time and on his ass that day..that was when he was married to Tanya Tucker..Glen took Great delight at continually loudly calling Forrest "Taurus Fucker"!! I thought Tucker was going to punch him out for sure..he did not see the Humor in it. It was a long day..ha ha

I don't judge other peoples motorcycles..Its like judging their choice in wives, ..unless they are just horrible beasts..its their bike, they can paint it in pink poka dots and run it up a flag pole and light it on fire if they like.. I doubt anyone who has been riding a number of years and had a few bikes has owned one that they put together that didn't wish they had done differently than they did at the time..I sure have a few..and I've had a few women, as well as a few male associates I would like to change out as well...the beauty of life is having my own mind. When it comes down to it..Woman or Man or beast ..if they have a love for 2 wheels and a motor..especially if its Italian 95% of the time I can find have some common ground.

From what I know of her she is very bike savvy and self sufficient not her first Motorcycle ,Moto Guzzi, nor her first Griso and they all look nicely appointed...so most likely this one is no different.

Agreed but in all fairness Brad Binder isn't exactly lighting the World on fire either..2 wins total in the last 4 seasons that he has been riding Red Bull MGP.......nice guy..but..... two 1st's in 4 seasons ? ,even his best year he finished 4th in the championships...and something like 10th or 11th in the others

I assume its for your 01 V-11 sport? ..As long you have done the COMPLETE Tune up ( which you don't have to be a geek to do) as has been documented here by docc and a a couple others it should run very well with the Mistrals.

Yeah a separate thread seems appropriate..I started one on the subject a couple of years ago but didn't seem to generate much interest at the time.

Quality hearing aids help with tinitus, After many years of working for Wide World of Sports as a camerman on the starting line at top fuel drag races, etc, listening to loud music, racing dirt bikes, riding street bikes,as well as hours sailing in the wind on the open Ocean all without ear protection in my younger years ,I used to have tinitus it was driving me batty, I then sought out a good audiologist who mostly works with concert musicians and other professionals. After thorough testing the hearing aids I got some very good hearing aids and they kind of changed my life..I could listen to music in my car and be amazed to hear words and instruments in my favorite music I had never heard, not have to ask people what they said repeatedly, and feel a part of conversations at the dinner table where I had begun just to tune people out. But most of all I mostly forgot about the tinitus unless someone mentioned it..It helps bring all those little external sounds and frequencies that you forgot you could not hear back into your hearing so you don't think so much about the noise in your head ..well worth the money to me..now of course I NEVER ride, not even around the block without good hearing protection.
