  4. Will the bikes be involved in this expression of Scura lust?
  5. I am getting abit worried about your Scura Gangbang forum BFG- how many old mattresses can u get in a shed?
  6. Nice one Martin- plenty of dealers around here where u can score. Can we also have an Subaru Impreza sub forum for us Northern based Chavs? I would also like to know where is the best shop to nick Burberry caps. Guy
  7. Yes I notice you are embarassingly lacking in quiz points BFG. I'll sell mine to you a tenni each.
  8. Are the Tenni owners afraid to use their brown suede seats- they all seem to be black? Does the suede chafe their dangly bits or do they just like it shiny and slippery? Guy
  9. Yeah and look what happened to him!
  10. Point please Jaap!
  11. Cheers Nogbad- I think if I sued they may contest seeing as she had been drinking pints of mulled wine at our Halloween party!
  12. Its a Russian Vneemotoprom RD660.
  13. Well I am originally from Hampshire about as far south as you get but have lived up here now for 5 years. Chav food = McDonalds / Takeaway pizzas etc not home cooking. I have noticed it is less poncey up here than back home where everyone is obsessed with house prices and how much they earn. Roads are much better for biking too. Had to miss out on the fish and chip run to Whitby unfortunately- Helen feel over in her high heels last night and broke her leg and is now awaiting surgery to pin everything back together- this walking lark is dangerous much safer on a bike! Guy
  14. Ok here is my recipe for toad in the hole: 1. Precook some nice sauasages like cumberlands or what you prefer. 2 Make up batter mix with flour egg and water- make a biggie with 2 eggs and 400mm of water 3. While mixing batter put a metal dish with a little oil into a hot oven 225 degrees until it smokes the oil. 4. Place the sausages in the dish- cover in batter mix. 5. Put straight back in the oven- keep at 225 deg- do not open door for any reason until its ready. 6. Let it rise right up. when it is big and solid after about 45 mins, remove, cover in gravy and serve. Eat and enjoy- there- some English culture for you.
  15. I am not that worried about the life of the tyre- my rear tyres seem to last well cos I rarely touch a motorway unless on holiday so the bike is rarely upright! This is my 4th rear in 12500miles, although one tyre only lasted 500 until it had an unrepairable puncture so I am roughly averaging 4000 miles for each rear, which is not too bad I think. If the Corsa works better than the 020s but only give me 3000 miles I will be happy. Guy
  16. I beg your pardon! Its toad in the hole- you will be too busy eating quiche and canopes in Bucks to know what it is!
  17. Nice lady but she has nowt up top!
  18. I'd love to but am busy at work- have a good time and be careful when you sit on those Harleys!
  19. Well in terms of adjustment these things are a matter of taste and riding style but I will tell you what I did with Helen's V11 which I think has the same 40mm Marzocchis as you with rebound adjustment on one leg and compression on the other. Basically when we bought it second hand there was hardly any damping- the monkey who had it before had nearly maxxed out all the adjustments and it was actually dangerous- skipping all over the place on bumps and was harsh as hell with hardly any movement. I simply backed everything off to minimum settings- took it for a test ride and gave it a couple of clicks on each and now its civilised- still may give it a bit more on rebound because its bumpy round here and I'd like to dampen it a bit more. Hope this helps Guy
  20. When you say just the usual maintenance do you mean a head gasket or a rocker cover gasket? If its just a normal service you may need a rocker cover gasket but these are about £2 each When I bought my Jackal I got the official workshop manual which cost me a fortune but it had a CD rom with part numbers etc. I only have a pirate CD (aaarrrrr Jim Lad!) for my V11 and this does not have part diagrams on- but maybe someone who has actually spent some money on the original maybe able to help. If not, just use Motomecca's website- there is an option to search for basic service items. Guy
  21. Cheers Mike- I was at first a bit wary about warm up times and wet weather grip from what is basically a more track orientated tyre but searching through the posts on here persuaded me to give them a go. Guy
  22. BFG- have you told the Boy Scouts and Girl Guides that you are evicting them from their hut? Or are they allowed to join too?
  23. Well I found out the truth today- as suspected there is only one Griso in the whole of the UK owned by the importers. Rest of 'em are on the way in a couple of weeks. BFG- did you get your test ride?
  24. Just got back from the tyre fitters- the Corsas look very sticky and come with big gold "Corsa" stickers- now that must add at least 10mph to my top speed! Will bung them on the bike tomorrow and scrub them in on Sunday on the club run to Whitby. Guy
