  1. Tex- can you change your GIF so those breasts just fall out of that yellow bra? No more teasing please!
  2. I believe the only exception to be in 2002 when Ashley Law rode a Le Mans Tenni at the IOM TT- this was an official factory entry if my memory serves me correct. Great to see an MGS01 kicking ass on the track! Guy
  3. Hey that's direspectful to John Wayne!!!!!!
  4. Pikeys
  5. Ducatis off the pace again: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport...kes/4470009.stm
  6. I am happy with my Roof Boxer- I am on my second one now.
  7. I have a copy on order with Amazon- they say first week in May. Guy
  8. Hands up who has a copy of Guzziology permanently in their toilet?
  9. I can recommend Hawker Odyssey batteries for cold cranking- they cost a few quid extra but last forever and are tough old cookies.
  10. Hi Søren Great to hear your bike is back on the road! I would not worry about comparing your dyno results to other bikes unless you run back to back on the same dyno in the same conditions. If it runs great than that is the important thing. Maybe at a future European V11 meet we could get someone to come along with a mobile dyno and all have a shoot out! Guy
  11. I have had a slow front puncture for a couple of weeks now, with no obvious cause, and had a new stem put in last week. This did not cure it so I dropped my wheel off at the tyre shop yesterday and the mechanic figured it out- the aftermarket chequered valve cover was pressing down onto the stem causing the release of air! Back to the cheap plastic originals! Guy
  12. Here you go: http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/1...7243582-2518801 After many years of surviving the IOM TT, Joey had an accident in an obscure 125 road race in Estonia- he hit a tree after hitting some standing water on a bend. His farewell was like a state funeral with many thousands attending and watching live on TV. Buy the book and read about the happy bits! Guy
  13. Yes I am sure both Mal and his black beastie will be there too!
  14. Hmmm...we get all these beers in the UK too. I think I will have to try them all to see if they taste different in thier native land.
  15. Excellent- thanks Mark- I will start plotting some of the places you mentioned on the map! Cheers again Guy
  16. Bertie I'd love to drive your tractor? Or maybe my round at the bar?
  17. hmmm....some type of ham?
  18. Yes it is admirable that you guys all speak excellent English! We are mainly crap when it comes to learning other languages and some Brits just expect Europeans to speak our tongue. Are there any good Dutch phrases that will come in handy at Boxmeer Jaap? I have just about mastered "Edam" and "Amstel". Guy
  19. I am getting plenty of time for reading at the moment- halfway through Joey Dunlop's biography by Mac McDiarmid which is a good well informed read- really opens your eyes to what Joey achieved both on the IOM, in World Championships and in Irish road racing. Raises a few smiles when you read what he used to get up to in the early 70s when he was skint. Can also recommend Motorcycle Journeys In The Alps and Corsica by John Hermann- not exactly bedtime reading but a great book if you are planning to bag any mountain passes on your European tour, with some nice pics too. Have also got lined up Essential Bushcraft by Ray Mears and Great American Motorcycle Tours by Gary McKechnie- I'll let you know if they are worth it. Guy

Nice bike Chris- I really admire the Buell XB12R Firebolt- I am seriously tempted to take a test ride on one. Top marks to the designer for getting so much BHP and torque out of that old engine- some real design ingenuity as well to keep the weight down and in the right places. Guy
  21. Oi tinks dat be de Oirish flag, to be sure. I will have a word with the blonde lady. Guy
  22. The stand on the Jackal is excellent- the most solid stand in the world! In this case only the operator was at fault!
  23. We are meeting near Accrington at 9am this morning and riding down- with Big Dave's route planning we may be there for teatime! Late morning if we are lucky! Guy
  24. That's it- the one at Prees Heath.
