  3. Have a go at this quiz This is based upon UK law- I discovered I should be locked up for 11 years and am liable for a £7000 fine! Who can beat that? No fibbing- tell the truth and post your results- who is the dodgiest geezer on this forum? My money is on Martin. Guy

  10. Paolo is the English speaking guy at Rossopuro. You can email him at info@rossopuroitalia.it and you will find he is very helpful, although it may take a few days to get a reply. Guy
  11. Just got back- we camped in a field next to the Old Hill Inn which is situated between 2 peaks, Ingleborough and Whernside. The scenery was fantastic and we had a great time, even though it was very wet and windy. One guy brought his mandolin, another his guitar so we had a good sing song in the pub and basically got hammered on Black Sheep bitter, as you do. I was woken up halfway through the night by the sound of the guy in the tent next door vomiting very loudly- unfortunately he did not unzip his tent in time. Bit messy. Bucketed down with rain most of the way back, but still enjoyed the ride which included a brekky stop in Otley. My friend's LMV turned into a Falcone on the way back, rain affecting the coils making it run on one cylinder. Beats sitting on the sofa- now off to clean the Jetski. Guy
  12. Just packed for our first camping trip of the year in the Dales. Woken this morning by thunder, lightning, torrential rain, hailstones and a gale force wind. Thought about going in the car but then thought, sod it, its only water. Should dry out later I hope. Packed some spare tent poles in case the wind snaps the existing ones. Must get going. Guy
  13. BFG goes under the codename "Frankenfurter" when he is prowling the Belfast nightclubs in his special attire.
  14. A priest in a small rural town was very fond of the 10 chickens and one handsome cock rooster he kept in a hen house behind the rectory. One Saturday night, the priest discovered that the cock rooster was missing. At the same time the priest heard rumors of cockfights being held in town. During Mass, he asked the congregation: "Who among you will confess to sporting a handsome cock?" All the men stood up. "No, No," he said. "That's not what I mean. Who among you will confess to having seen a handsome cock?" All the women stood up. "Oh no!" he said. "That's not what I mean, either. Who among you will confess to having seen a cock that doesn't belong to you?" Half the women stood up. "Oh Lord," he said. "Perhaps I should rephrase the question: Has anybody seen my cock????? All the alter boys stood up
  15. Ummmm....anyone know where I can get 2 parachutes before August?
  16. Very dangerous to think with your cock, Bob. May get you into bother.
  17. I'm taking that flight from Liverpool to Derry in August- he better land it in the right place cos I hate buses.
  18. Congrats on buying your LM111! Have you sprayed it green yet? Its quite normal for there not to be a lot of rear tyre clearance to the swingarm on Tontis- in fact some of 'em actually rub. Tyre choice is subjective of course but Bridgestone BT45s are a popular choice- good balance between grip and longevity and good performance in the rain too. Had these on my Jackal and Helen's LMV. Guy
  19. Sounds like some of the unsolved quizzes in this forum.
  20. My mountain bike has Marzocchis too! Funnily enough, some Moto GP teams are going for forks with seperate adjusters on each fork leg just like the 'zocchis fitted on the first V11s. Guy
  21. Sorry to hear of your misfortune Ryan. Hopefully you can source a master cylinder from somehere in Canada or the USA but if you get any problems, Motomecca in the UK are listing them on their website for £94.31. http://www.motomeccaspares.com/shop/addto....ster%20cylinder Guy
  22. Just as Dave has recommended, a long test ride would be a good idea- I personally find my V11 Le Mans quite comfy, and have spent some long days in the saddle, but everyone is different. Guy
  23. I don't know why but I was assuming it was in Italy.
