  2. Joey Dunlop in V Four Victory
  3. Woke up at midday because I was up until 3.30am watching WSB live from Down under and Joe Calzaghe V Jeff Lacy. Sold a pair of Mistral silencers to a guy from the local Guzzi club. Went into town with Helen, bought a shedload of bike mags and DVDs to keep me occupied next week as I have a minor operation tomorrow and will be in hospital all week. Then went to local pub for Sunday roast and a couple of pints. Gosh isn't life exciting? Have not ridden since last Monday- been a bit snowy. Guy
  4. I won't enter this one- lets leave it to BFG. Over to you Belfast- no pressure. Guy

    FBF Pistons

Hello Ian I am glad to hear your FBF pistons have made a difference- I have some on the way (as soon as my brother in law returns from Puerto Rico) and am saving up for some head work and oversize valves which will be done by Hobbsport. I am not too far away in Huddersfieild- will probably bump into you one day at Snake Pass! regards Guy

Quark, Strangeness And Charm is my favourite studio album. This Is Hawkwind...Do Not Panic is my fave live album. No sign of Global Warming In Huddersfield- bloody cold here. Guy
  8. Steve Martin did very well to get the Petronas up there- I wonder how well he will do in the race. Although I admire Troy Corser's smooth riding style, I would prefer the other Troy's blood and guts approach to prevail, plus he is on an Italian bike. Barros sems to be getting the hang of WSB too and Toseland is up there yet again so it should be an exciting race- I wonder how many seagulls will get splatted?? Guy
  9. Swansea to Cork in cabins?? You Southampton Breva boys are dead posh with your QE2 style cruises. Will your butlers be erecting your tents for you? Have you asked the Irish publicans to get a few hundred extra barrels of the black stuff in now that both the Solent and Pennine branches are going? Look forward to drinking a few pints with you, Gerry. Guy
  10. Point please, Mister Webmaster!
  11. Mammoth jugs- adult content
  12. The porcupine has the pricks on the outside?
  13. Most pupils who did not pass their exams at school used to go and work at the Mr Kipling factory down the road. They used to gleefully explain down the pub what sort of things they did to the food for a laugh- needless to say I prefer not to eat those "Exeedingly Good" cakes Guy
  14. I believe it may be a Malanca EC2S 125. Guy
  15. I remember Classic Bike testing a 1000S against a 750S3 and there was no big performance gap between the two. Although I used to love my old 1000S and was stupid for selling it, I prefer the lower look and the detailing of the S3. Guy
  16. Great job Quatro!
  17. According to this month's Bike magazine, Vauxhall Corsas are the cars most likely to splat you, mainly because there are so many on the road. Guy
  18. There is a documentary about the making of the film the World's Fastest Indian on Men and Motors channel Tuesday 7th March at midnight. Guy
  19. He is also on a child porn rap- sounds like a complete sicko.
  20. Green things normally start to appear in Spring.
  21. Golf! Yuk!!!! What a boring snobby game! If people want to put on poncy clothes and boast about their share portfolios while hitting a ball swith a stick then good luck to them. I don't give a toss how much their house is worth and that they drive a Lexus- I'd rather have a life than a stupid sweater! Guy
  22. Its worth hand cleaning your bike occasionally just to see what bits are about to shake loose and drop off. Guy
