  1. Shew. How many months is it to this event?
  2. Careful? Whats that? Since you leave traces all about the interweb:
  3. Docc, Since I had an extra and "Inquiring mind need to know" I hacked one open so you could compare to historic data. It's well sealed is made of high quality components. Apologies for the pic quality as the phone is not the best suited for close up photography. I also cut a few winding's in the process.
  4. I did not care for this young lady at first but as time progressed and she found her own voice she matured into a sultry and beautiful siren.
  5. Hot cars do seem to attract the lovely ladies. Are we about to experience thread drift?
  6. This keeps me sane during the winter months. Point and shoot.
  7. Yes. Also, Tommy is an ambassador for a great program aimed at getting guitars in the hands of returning vets to help them in all aspects of their lives back home. There are over 2000 instructors nationwide that volunteer their time to this program and they buy guitars and strings in bulk to minimize costs so, if you have a spare dollar or two it's a great cause. http://www.guitars4vets.org/
  8. For my Birthday last night I treated myself to a great show at the newly restored and beautiful Lyric Theatre in Birmingham, AL. Seeing 2 CGPs in one place is pretty rare these days. These 4 folks did a great job and I may even like Christmas music again.
  9. I carry a tire plug kit and a pump. Don't go any long trip with worn tires.... I actually do that but after running over a nail and losing it at speed I unknowingly damaged the sidewall. After plugging and getting back on the road the tire developed a bulge on one side. I called everyone in the area with no luck. After limping 40 miles to my destination (TWO of Suches) the closest tire was 60 miles away. If it weren't for the kindness of strangers I'd have been screwed.
  10. The one real issue with the 160 size is that when you are out on the road and blow a tire hardly anyone has one in stock. Just about everyone has a 180.
  11. I am making a custom airbox for a project that I am working on. I just need the parts in the pic. v11 sport specific. I am going with larger throttle bodies on a CalVin engine and don't really want to go the Pod route.
  12. More than one way to skin that cat.
  13. I had a similar issue and found that if you pull apart a windex spray bottle, the ball in the spray valve is just the right size. Still works.
  14. A small bit of trivia. Jerry did a lot of pedal steel back in his Purple Sage days and laid down the tracks for this one:
  15. If you ever go to market with those, put me down for 2.
  16. I can see why you had to make that yourself as there is nothing out there worth a damn to make a 7 inch headlight fit in an 8 inch hole. Been looking for years. Nicely done.
