  1. gee, there goes bondage
  2. An insider Alstare source has send my way what could be the reason: the riders are less than happy to see max coming in the box, asking for numero uno rider status prior to even any other discussions...
  3. it'll be very interesting to see if Vale will make it to the top of the charts tomorrow. With the ego he has, he'll do everything he can to be up there in front of his very good Sete friend
  4. ...and Bernard Anciaux, Rossi's mechanic is belgian i think Rossi is an awesome rider, but he's often heralded as "an angel" which he definitively isn't imho ...His passes on Giberneau and Melandri last year were nothing short of dangerous and did send the first one off course (!), and the second one to the clinic...He's supposely totally against tobacco branding and was riding for Gauloises these two last years and next year he's in for Camel... I hope he'll turn his back to racing before the others catch up with him cos we'll be seeing a side of him we may not like. or maybe not as we'll then see some really cutting edge racing...

    My Paul Smart 1000le

i think it would be awesome and if that rumour is true, i'll be first in line. I don't like the Classics series. Well, i think they're ok but far too nostalgic for me and the bloody exhausts are terrible, IMHO. but that F1 replica has got all the right features...
  6. hi, would someone have Raceco's email adress in the UK ? i'm having bounces on their >acaste8004nospam@aol.com merci
  7. well, most of my female friends hate it...
  8. when i was living in London, i always thought strange no one seemed to mind having a half naked girl on the page three of some daily papers. so, i'm not surprised at this ad AT ALL
  9. if i want plain time datas, there's nothing like motogp.com and worldsbk.com altho the latter is a terribly bad designed and maintained website. i find it's always best to cross information and news. I'm not interested in websites posting official PR stuff so i rather go for people who seem to get access to moreinfos, have insiders or, cos it sparkls my interest and it's funnier, have actually something to say and comment about the infos they carry. superbikeplanet isn't bad for insiders and scoops but national racing forums always have premium scoops.

    oh, btw...

how did you know ? We made ourselves the motto Vorsprung Durch Technik but were too busy laughing we kinda forgot the technik aspect.

    oh, btw...

well, meneer Jaap, we have one where we share a submarine with the Dutch Navy but it went down after your sailors had to open the windows for some fresh air. since then, we're banned from having humour.
  12. apparently, Triumph is in fact trying to have it accepted in the 600's multi class, just like the 748 is in some championship...
  13. sure, the video is terrible, but there you have what i think is a great trackday bike. it's nimble, reasonably priced, it's not everyone's R6, and if it's as joyous as the Speed Triple engine it's a blast ! i know not everyone is excited about racetracks, but I am...
  14. i really, really fancy that bike. it's quite "cheap" (around 10.000 Euros) it's a triple it's light and it looks not bad it would make an awesome trackday bike but then I would have to sell the Ghezzi so noooo waaaaay
  15. jihem

    Hmmmmm

don't remember, it was very cheap.
  16. jihem

    Hmmmmm

...but, besides being a box off the 1100 Sport, it IS a V11 sport engine, isn't ? ok, ok, it has different Eprom (is yours from EVR as well ?) and lightened flywheel, but basically it is a V11 motor.
  17. jihem

    Hmmmmm

that's not bad at all ! Yours is a STW or a Folgore ? Supposely the Folgore, being equipped with race exhausts and supadupa Eprom, delivers 7 HP more. I don't know if they are at the wheel or on Brian's desk tho ciao, jihem:)
  18. jihem

    Hmmmmm

i have the same phenomenon on my STW, on the track also; i've been told it's only the heat that makes the perimeter discs ever so slighlty "micro-bigger" and that can sometimes cause the pads to 'attack" the discs in a more noisy manner.
  19. there's something very odd with this Max business: I know this Alstare rider and he swears no one knows nothing about it there. And the bikes were airborned yesterday to OZ and there were only Corser's and Yanagawa's... It seems like this Biaggi thing has been ordered by Suzuki Japan itself and shoved down to Alstare. whatever, however, whoever...All i know is that SBK looks far more exciting this year than MotoGP...
  20. jihem

    Hmmmmm

thanx mike ! yes, on my STW, the original mount was 160 D207 and the clearance was wow close to nothing...Scary really. i don't want a larger tyre tho, i appreciate the fact Wonderbra is very agile and i'm afraid I won't have as much zapiness with a 180...
  21. jihem

    Hmmmmm

btw, can any of the happy owner of a Folgore, an STW or a bike fitted with the OZ wheels tell me what's the minimal size of tyre i can put on these wheels ? i'm thinking more and more buying these OZ wheels but as i don't want to fit large tyres (the shaft is maybe 0,1 mm from the 160 tyre already...) merci
  22. the end of the WSBK season was very hot indeed and Corser wasn't as easy as in the earlier 2005 stage.. and this year, we have ppl going there with a vengeance: Troy Bayliss, Xaus, Max who undoubtely thinks the crown should be given to him RIGHT NOW, and Corser isn't ready to give it up anyway plus Haga, Walker, etc... let's not forget the new young italian talent that rides the second official Ducati...
  23. ..And it's official, Max Biaggi will be on a SBK Alstare Suzuki GSXR1000 in 2006...
  24. his cover of Pulp wasn't bad at all. too anecdotic maybe...
  25. The Dots....they used to be on the same record company i was on. Talk about skunk ppl if you want an interesting web radio, try Tiger Sushi the stuff they're playing is quite riveting at times.
