  1. I saw that on Facebook and was wondering how long it would take to show up here.
  2. Totally agree. Although I've had a Darmah lust for a while. The poor 860GT is a stripped down 900SS so any parts they share have 900SS prices. The 860GTs seem to be on the rise price-wise so that's good (sadly just because they are worth more as 900SS parts).
  3. That's what you feel like you get when you are standing at the parts counter.. Sadly there are no places you can buy parts over the counter for these old bikes.
  4. No hammers are required for Ducatis. Gloves are to protect the bike, not me...
  5. It's a shame they don't bring any money. And silver with a dash of red! Meraviglioso! Orange! Actually I don’t know what color the Marzocchis use to be... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. That is a cool fairing. What is it?
  7. It's a shame they don't bring any money.
  8. Fired up the Bevel Ducati for the first time in years with what I believe are some stainless replica Contis (http://www.keihan.co.uk). And yes, it sounds awesome. It's got some bark so I actually prefer a deeper growl. I'm looking forward to trying the Mistrals.
  9. I have shown this before but I'll torture you again. I got the rear fender sorted. A guy on Wild Guzzi hacked a stock T fender to work like a Sport fender. It's not bad and works until someone pays the dear cash for a replica Sport fender. That seat is still hard. After an hour I get off to take pictures not to take pictures but to get off!
  10. Bald Peak is a local state park that is often frequented by motorcyclists because it's not too far away and offers great views of one of the valleys. But I always wanted to see it from a different angle. Gratuitous Guzzi shots at the end.
  11. Send LaurentG a message and do it quick! I’m passing on the Staintunes although they are gorgeous. Not the first mistake I’ve made in my life. I mean... today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Too loud is annoying but loud enough is crucial. Currently the bike is too quiet and not safe. I've had more than one driver (ok, far too many) look up from their phones when I'm on one of my other bikes. I just need something to get their attention. Oh, and I might not mind a little burble too.
  13. I'm interested if they are the same version as mine. There are apparently two versions. How about a picture?
  14. Yeah, might have to readjust the rear preload when you replace the stock mufflers!
  15. I've seen all kinds of options including lower footpads and higher seats.
  16. I'd trade a V7 for a Griso in a heartbeat. Trade in the V11? No way.
  17. Anyone know the approximate shipping weight for some Mistrals?
  18. I’ll send you a PM.
  19. The answer is yes it makes sense.
  20. Somewhere there is a thread on what the stock mufflers look like on the inside. More convoluted than one would think but then again these are Italian. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I don't want a 2 to 1.
  22. Yeah, but all the dead Veglias there should be some unloved ones laying around.
  23. My dampener is turned all the way off. How crucial are they?
  24. So, give me your address and I’ll come by and steal one.
  25. I really do need louder mufflers. Do you have some kicking around you don't need? They don't need to be perfect condition. Need to be loud enough so the wife can hear me but not so loud that she complains about it.
