When you see somewhere that the bolts should not be reused it's because they are designed to stretch when torqued. Conrod bolts are an example.
Even if they are expensive, replace them.
I emailed them to see who they use for threads. I may have access to thread samples and if so will take a pic if the actual threads for Acid Green. Not surprisingly I'll be able to compare it to a real Greenie.

I finally got the Greenie to a Guzzi club gathering, this one was a lunch in Cougar, Washington in the shadow of Mt. St. Helens. Great roads out there and a lovely lunch at Lone Fir Resort.

If the seal was causing a problem typically they leak when they get old. I guess I should reread all 70 pages as to why you think it's the seal.
