I finally got the Greenie to a Guzzi club gathering, this one was a lunch in Cougar, Washington in the shadow of Mt. St. Helens. Great roads out there and a lovely lunch at Lone Fir Resort. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

If the seal was causing a problem typically they leak when they get old. I guess I should reread all 70 pages as to why you think it's the seal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

As noted the current rear master is way too small for two calipers. You may need to go to a vintage rear master (Ducati 900SS Bevel) to find one big enough? I need to go to the gallery to see what brakes you're actually using now.

14.4V at idle sounds high, what is your idle speed? I think it sounds like a regulator issue...
