  1. Phil, slowly on the way having soon a capable guy, ( I call him Epron ) standing behind my neck watching my moves with Guzzidiag. Wish me luck. Sooner the better I start climbing into that world, it will be safer for my license, enjoying to much the area the motor realy feels happy . Yes I want my V charming and V good looking V11's to be even better in the 3000 area. Learned a lot here on the HOLY grail when it comes to V11, so had a sommer with zero elektro issues. This was my 2nd wake up call regarding this subject, so thank you Phil . Cheers Tom
  2. Just Google NGK spark plug wires. I use them on my bike. Cheers Tom Sent fra min SM-A525F via Tapatalk
  3. Strong will, and mountain riding keeps me going. 26 years with water well drilling, what can be expected . Changed the whole U-joint left shoulder, right side long overdue, and and... 3.5day in hospital , out riding after 19days. 68C have faith, you be ok. Had the 1100 Sport on the lift with the Becker Tecnik stand, standing in front of the bike, pulling front wheel to get her seated in the front wheel stand. Slow motion I see her roll of the Becker and slowly hit the floor. Bet I had a face long as a horse. Adrenalin and,, she was back up on her feet in seconds, no damage. Let's say I suprised myself and a few other. My soft tiles were helpful. 5 years ago, don't know about today, soon 68. I'm out. Cheers Tom.
  4. Don't understand a word, but welcome and a great bike. Jeg tar en IPA jeg nå Cheers Tom.
  5. Just removed my oil temp device on my new green frame. Anoying flashing, light orange light, turning into steady orange. Saw it green 2 times in 25c traffic in the city. Drain plug on the new oil pan with outside oil filter was underneath, so no brainer. Lots of wiring and an extra black box gone. All my engines are given time to get ready. Cheers Tom.
  6. Can't wait to hear the result from the first one to try Meinolf's new BIN 103., is that a new BIN available, or wasn't it all finisged yet ? He can borrow my Greenie for testing Excuse my lack of computer understanding. I have Meinolf's bin 93.6 in my Greenie and my Rosso C. RC is running very well, a tiny sneeze now and then, even better in 12 - 17c. She is running a little on the rich side, leaving black marks of unburned fuel on my L plate. She had a PC III when I got her. My Greenie perfect idling, terrible hic up 2600 - 3200rpm = to much chlutch to smoothen things out in the neigbourhood, but perfect all the way up. Has a more open ex system than my RC. I'm still waiting for Marius a good tuner to give here a little fuel help in that area. Is it possible using Guzzi Diag giving her some extra fuel in that area ? Imbesil asking here. And it makes me wondering how many of the V11 around are still hiccing ? My Greenie was running good when I got her with a PC III. Season soon over up here, BUT did put quite a few km on my V11's so Cheers Tom.
  7. Just saying the V11 isn't going fast enough to benefit from more air. I do like the extra space with removing the snorkels. But when going she will get enough air from front. Wondering how fast or slow you have to go, before hot air from the engine will interfere ( ZX12R has proven a few extra ponnies after,, was it 250km or, with ram air. Test 304km ) Cheers Tom
  8. You are a lucky guy, sunshine in Bergen AND a V11. When I picked up the bike in Bergen,, the gent told me they woud have another festival if they coud pass the old record with 110days of pissing rain. West coast a bit up, no thank you. Riding in that area involves 42 tunnels, H traffic and rain. About the kissing,,,, no kissing in the morning, and we all know olive oil makes things smoth Cheers Tom

  17. More curious about 3 clutches track was mentioned. Curious ready bike $$$$. Cheers Tom.
  18. I used a 20amp fused wire to the new relay directly from +. The kill switch is your only weak point in the starting process with an extra relay,,, meaning keep it clean from oxidation,, Deoxit Gold makes sense. And that goes for all electric connections on the bike. Cheers Tom.
  19. Jim, your on the way to figure this out. Kiwi Roy and gstallons have a picture here somewhere of the wiring of an extra start relay. I used a 70amp relay ( overkill ),picture of that here to. Cheers Tom.
  20. Jim, since none of the real competemt guys have responded. My quess is you are reading, and reading. It's all here on the forum. You need to reverse what you did to the wiring, and put on an extra relay for starting. Quite simple wiring to do it, problem solved,,, just take care of your kill switch,,, and the other electric connections . Cheers Tom
  21. Great bikes Cheers Tom
