Had the Greenie on the road now for about 500miles, yesterday suddenly sputtering and dies. Rev sensor comes to my mind, but that was only a loose +cable, I THOUGHT . Up in the valleys today, same thing. Starts and run perfect idling, no reving, sputtering and dies. Rolf Halvorsen (on the V11forum) was going to stop by my house today to see the regulator story. He calls, but I was stuck up in the valleys. I have rev sensors, tps and tools in the car,, where are you. He went to my house, got my van, and 60miles. Had the sensor out when he came. New sensor in, YES. What is the odds to meet somebody up here with parts in the car like an hour away, non existing. Long story long, but cheers to Rolf and the rest of the clan. It is good to know who is having spare parts. Only SKF 6204 sealed made in Bulgaria was available,, but will install a 1mm bushing for no play on the bevel side. cheers tom.

Candy apple,, a bit over the top,, but, but Moto Guzzi and BELLA FIGURA Both sides of the shaft were all loose,, better bolts and tighten good, a bit more than the book. Bushings on the rod are perty good, suprise suprise. Having a hard time stopping fiddling with her Cheers tom.

Pawl spring in today, on my 03 Corsa I coud turn the 2 gears in and out of all 6 gears , not possible on the 01 Greenie, had to use the gear shaft to do the same? Orion gear oil, I think. Cheers tom. Sent fra min SM-G903F via Tapatalk

I bought a spare CCW TPS from Exact Start Ltd UK July 18. 73.95 £. Is the deal tru EBay,, all bad TPS sses, may be money back ? Big question, who is willing to spend 500$, may be there's nothing inside. . Me and the spares, I willing to go in with 100$... When measuring 157mv, big difference mv from full trottle, just let the spring do the job, I mean when you ride the throttle body's don't close that hard ?? I quess slammed closed is correct ?? 16c today and one tank of fuel Friday and time for IPA cheers tom

When the TPS starts acting up,,,, it will not completely die ?? you will make it home, not elegant of course ?? Have 4 at the moment, but like spares. Im in for 2 if it helps. Might be the same as cycle works,, all checked, probably not. Cheers tom.

Well what can I say,,,,, at least I did check all the wiring again, and it all checked out good , even the 4 connectors under fuse box,to my understanding . New Omron in 5th position and a big smile, pump going. Even Omrons die . Beer on me gentlemen. Would have been great seeing all the faces,,,, changing, Up against the wall, Some good advice and it works out. Cheers tom.

So happy with the charging,,,, BUT, new tires yesterday, out for a ride. Started fine, everything smooth, suddenly died, no fuel pump. Have power in the 10amp fuse - F2, on both sides with the fuse installed, fuse out, power only on the outside, that's probably correct. Blue wire goes to nr 2 relay, and its powered. Key on, and power to the red and black wire and the green and white wire, same relay. Also power to the coils for a second with the key on. I also have power for a second in the wire that feed my pump.My pump is working fine, when I just feed it with power from another battery. There's a blue wire goring to the ECU,,, is my ECU dead ? Have headlight and all the rest, just no fuel pump, I go crazy very soon. I did mention a small Luigi a couple weeks ago, no rev counter, oil light, and neutral light , took all the relays out, I still mean there was enough grease there. All good for 100miles. My brain hurts. The Shindengen 847 now connected to my battery has nothing to do with this ? What am I missing here? I would like to understand the problem with a little help,,,,, not many around here to ask. Cheers tom.

We need Roy,,,,,, thanks R. Just took the Omrons out, more vaseline, all good 😊. Never had a chargelight, but do now with a diode light and a Shindengen 847 . I can probably remove the 30amp fuse. And still waiting for Roy to say,, yes I can make a very simple upgraded version,,, yeah yeah we all have dreams. cheers tom.
