The V11 is typical Italian steed with long on reach and short on legroom. Years ago on this forum, there was a "list of common mods". I just joined back up yesterday, so not sure what is and isn't available now. Buell footpegs were listed as a low cost upgrade. They have approx 1in stepdown compared to stock. and provide a little bit of extra legroom.

Hello! I used to be on this forum many years ago, and just signed back up. Have had a few lean years riding while Jr was learning how to ride dirtbikes - good investment! Never have had any issues with ~25K mi so far. Still have my 2003 LeMans. BMC filter, mistral pipes, MG race ECU, Buell "Big ear" mirrors, Buell footpegs. Stopped using Pilot powers, and have been using Road 3/4 tires. I believe they suit the LeMans very well, and are better for flatter/straighter midwest riding. majority is... New crossover from Ghezzi&Brian inbound. During services so far: Left side cylinder studs seem to loosen Trans oil always looks greyish Valves are always in spec (I don't flog the bike) Any mid-west riders?
