I ended up buying a lower kit from Ebay and had the same issue about the pigeon toe shifting. So, though not the best solution, it seems to work. I got a M6 coupler and a longer M6 bolt and threaded it for each side.
Thanks all for the feedback. I haven't pulled the trigger yet. I may try the Buell pegs first. Being a taller guy, having that extra inch or two would help for longer rides.
Anyone have any experience with these?

I’m looking to lower the foot pegs of my 03 LeMans.
I was wanting to do something like this, instead of just replacing the bulbs.

I did see a thread about this, but it was back in 2013. Also, any issue with running LED lights with the stock electrical. For example, if I want to update the turn signals, brake, and headlights.
I have a 2003 Lemans and was wondering if anyone has replaced their stock headlight with a newer brighter LED one? Just trying to find what options work with the stock fairing and bucket and what doesn't.
Thanks
