  1. I remember that bike, Göran. Wasn't there a Swedish engineer involved in that project? Recall an article in MC-Nytt (Swedish bike mag) about a Swede, who worked for Laverda in the Seventies. Søren PS: Still in love with the 750 SFC.....
  2. I was once asked by an American (sorry guys from across the pond, no offence) whether we had our own language in Denmark. I said: "yes, it's called Danish" He said: "Ain't that something you eat?" True story.... Søren
  3. ROTFLMAC? WTF does that mean, Dave? I tried to solve the equation but no cigar. Søren

  6. Hi Phillippe, Great work Thanks for sharing your movies with us. It's so great touring around in Europe and I cannot wait for that *%¤$ snow to disappear! A bientot Søren

    Le Mans Luggage?

Hi Andy, Nice bags, suits the bike fine I still favour the Oxford softbags as seen below: A Danish motorcycle magazine went highspeed touring on their Japanese sportsbikes and the journos stated that the bikes equipped with the Oxford suite (tankbags and side panniers) were rocksteady at speeds around 230 kmp/h, which I think is more than sufficient for any V11-rider. Søren
  10. Hey Rudi, Been down hwe same road. Keeps my finger crossed for you and your daughter. Best wishes Søren
  11. Who said anything about streetfighters?....... PS I still hate them them! Søren
  12. Hi Göran, must be the long winters up im Luleå.... None the less the name Rune goes way back to the northern (Scandinavian mythlogy). I guess you're all aware of Bifrost, Valhalla and so on. Rune is still a pretty daft name for a bike, so I'll vote for that too- Søren
  13. Thanks a bunch to Paul and Jan for their efforts Best regards Søren
  14. Thanks Al, now we're finally getting there. Looks like this hugger covers both the rear, front and side as well. Nice polish on this Centauro! Søren

    MSG\01...When?

and there's another in Denmark (or at least touring the European bike expos) This one comes with free drool and beer stains! Good luck, Jim. I keep my fingers crossed for you. Søren

  17. That's a Gilera but I can't say which year - 60'ies? 500cc? Close? Søren
  18. Just got myself a new screensaver.... Søren
  19. Hi Jim, You're welcome. I spoke to the Danish Guzzi importer and he stated that there was no timeframe for when the MGS would arrive in Denmark. But on the other hand, with that price tag, you have to be bloody Donald Trump or someone like him in order to afford it! Bloody marvelous bike though.....
  20. Tally ho! Sorry, been away for a couple of days. Please try once more on this link or otherwise try this link instead. If it doesn't work now I'll go out and hang myself in the garden from the nearest tree. In case of the latter there will be a cheap Scura up for grabs Søren
  21. Hmmm, sorry about that. Strange, it works fine her but try this one here: Copenhagen Bike Expo Søren
  22. Check out this thread for the Copenhagen Bike Expo 2005 Regards Søren
  23. This is just too much! Put the poor dog to sleep, goddammit! That is no life for a dog. If my Rottie was in the same situation I would put him to sleep immediately. Enough said Søren
  24. Well, it's not that bad and you get used to it anyway. A guy like Göran Thyni (gthyni), who lives up in Luleå (Northern part of Sweden) is having a harder time for sure! Temperatures in Denmark will drop to - 12-15 Celcius tonight, so there's no mc-riding for the next week or so. Plan to start up around March depending on the weather. Enjoy the good weather in Texas Søren
  25. Alright, an Aston Martin could do the trick..... (it's designed by a Dane, did you know that? A chap named Henrik Fisker, who now has started his own car brand, which I can't remember the name of)
