  1. Are the zerk fittings from the ebay link the correct replacement for the driveline?
  2. So are the three lube points the front and rear zerk fittings and the splines where the rear wheel mates with the rear end?
  3. Grease gun is new with new tube of Wurth Sig 3000. I will check for ball movement in zerk fitting.
  4. Do the zerk fittings need to be replaced some times? I don't think any grease is getting in? { zerk at back of driveline} I should see grease coming out, But I don't.

  8. Rear wheel off and trying to lube the rear fitting on the drive line. With the grease gun on and pumping there is no grease coming out of the joint. I don't think any grease is going in. also it's very hard to remove the gun from the fitting. Do I need to replace the nipple on the drive line?
  9. The spot where the engine numbers should be looks perfectly smooth but blank. It looks like the factory just missed it. If the CHP would let me engrave a number, what engraving tool would be best to use?
  10. I just purchased an 2002 V11 LeMans from Boston, I'm in california. Just before I left to go to the motor vehicle department I noticed there was no engine number on the engine block.Where the numbers should be it was blank, Maybe the tag fell off. Are the engine numbers located in any other place also?
  11. Yes the TPS on my 1100 sport looks the same as my V11 sport.

  13. When asking about the bleed screw settings, I am thinking about the bike running lean or rich (the sweet spot) Not as much about balance.
  14. What are you saying by - and a half and fully closed? The link list one turn out?
  15. Is the setting the same for a 1100 sport and a V11 sport for bleed screw opening? I have read 1 full turn and 3/4 turn opening. And would matter if air filter is stock or not?

  17. I read on an other post not to pull the axle all the way out, Only about 6or7 inches That it makes the job easier. Is this correct?
  18. Can someone please tell me the correct way to remove the rear wheel on an 2001 V11 Rosso Mandello? I tried to break the axle bolt but the axle turned with it. What size hex key is used for the other side of the axle? And what should be lubed when the wheel is off?

  25. I see the grease fitting at the rear joint Then with the wheel off grease the splines between the wheel and rear end. What else needs to be greased besides the front joint?
