  1. This thread covers some solutions tried by others. In particular, this tank ring option from Hepco & Becker mounts to the tank ring while accommodating the height of the chin pad. Perhaps not the most elegant solution, but at least its an option...
  2. Thanks for that photo @Lucky Phil, as that now disabuses me of the notion that the Scura piece is lower than the OEM pad on my greenie... As @docc rightfully guessed, I am looking to achieve a "level playing field" with the top of the fuel tank. Less for aesthetics than to accommodate a small tank-ring-mounted tank bag. The thickness of the OEM pad gets in the way. Also @docc, regarding the GB500, that little brat is a ton of fun! (as you well know!)
  3. Hello all. I am looking for an alternative to the OEM tank/chin pad on my MY 2000 V11 (greenie). Specifically, I am looking for the OEM carbon fiber version that came on the Scura. (The goal here is to find a replacement that fills the cavity on top of the tank once the OEM pad is removed, but do so without the added height of the OEM pad - alternate part suggestions welcome!)
