  1. New lower price.... https://www.cycletrader.com/listing/2000-Moto+Guzzi-V11-5025455725
  2. The track marshals did a little better job on the second fire 🔥
  3. King of the Baggers is a novelty but usually get more YouTube hits than the SuperBike races. It brings in a lot of non-traditional racing fans (read Harley-Davidson) & money to MotoAmerica. That said, they are 620lbs minimum, top 180mph, & race pretty hard.
  4. Josh Herrin reportedly lost his front brakes in the collision w Cam on the last lap, that’s why he ran through turn 10a. I agree the BMW & Ducati have a lot more ceiling as they get their bikes sorted with the Ducati strongest later in the race. Herrin & Beaubier looked awesome this weekend, w Gagne the talent is definitely stacked in MotoAmerica SuperBikes this year.
  5. The 2023 MotoAmerica SuperBike races at Road Atlanta this weekend have been nothing short of amazing. With four current and past champions returning to the grid on four different brands (BMW, Yamaha, Ducati, Suzuki) to battle it out, something had to give. Both races are worthy to watch, but the 2nd became an instant classic with 12 lead changes, couple fires and an epic last lap duel. Think World Super Bikes with an American twist of tradin' paint, perfection.
  6. All of the above & it has a pretty nice custom seat. These bikes are sort of an obsession, once you dive in you can get hooked. For example I’ve owned two 2001 V11 Sports, one of them new just like the one your looking at in silver. You have to remember these are Italian bikes that weren’t Honda quality when new, trust me I know. But I love them, get a better price than 5900, and go into it willing to work thru any teething issues. Once sorted it is one of the coolest bikes you will ever own IMHO.
  7. Better sound quality.....
  8. This video seems to match this thread. Sound quality isn't the best but a nice ride video overall. I would really consider owning one of these "Baby Lemans", plenty of Guzzi character to be fun to ride.
  9. I like the Hepco Becker
  10. They are different.
  11. Doesn't look like a stock "small block" ....
  12. https://www.cycletrader.com/listing/2008-Moto+Guzzi-BREVA+1200+SPORT-5025514417 Forgot to post the link..
  13. Not the fastest but were able to preserve their tires better than the rest of the grid.
  14. 2008 Breva 1200 Sport, pricey, low mileage example....
  15. I'm happy to see Rins win again, now with Honda. Suzuki had a really good team, the factory riders Mir and Rins were top tier talent in my humble opinion.
  16. Guzzimax, my dad owned that exact model Buell, 1997 White Lightning I think. Looks like my kind of group, thanks for sharing.
  17. Skip, I only live two hours away so I can ride some Sunday, head home in the afternoon.
  18. Skip, sorry to get back with you so late but have been out of town with the family. We have some people camping at the campground at the State Park, we the 3 bedroom cottage that sleeps 7, at this point w Bill's scheduling issues we have 3 people set for the cottage with the tech sessions garage. As long as I can sleep on the couch out of the rain, were good, welcome all, just PM me. The Mary Ray Oaken Lodge has the restaurant and plenty of rooms to accommodate the spring Kentucky Spine Raider's, 270-433-7431. Bill, You are absolutely correct, the BMW of Nashville Euro Rider's Rally will be held in Burkesville KY at the same time as the Guzzi Spine Raid. This was completely coincidental with my spine raid idea adviser and myself, but hey it means that their will be plenty of cool bikes riding around the area. The Euro Rally is held in the city park and is camping with a bath house. By the end of the weekend I'm sure many will be over to kick tires in the tech session bourbon garage. * As for all interested in attending, now is the time to book a room. We are going to have a great time kicking tires, sipping bourbon and enjoying riding the local curvy roads. * I plan on being onsite Friday morning of the 19th, to open up the cottage/garage. If you need any more info feel free to PM me, thanks.
  19. The short stick issue would be compounded by a ride leader hauling @ss for 80 miles then stopping in BFE nowhere near ⛽️ 😳 just saying….
  20. It means fuel light doesn’t come on in 90 miles. I owned a 2020 Suzuki Katana 1000, the light would do this, give you gas station range anxiety. My 2001 V11 Sport does a little better, decent.
  21. Docc, the fuel is stored under the seat, the “tank” is all airbox, that said you get 3.3-3.4 gallons. With 30 mpg that’s not much range. At least on the V11 we have decent fuel range.
