Ok, so just got home from a work trip where I traveled through western KY. I was told by a local to try Swaggy P's BBQ, man am I glad I did. I ordered a bowl of KY burgoo and a smoked bologna sandwich. The KY burgoo had such good taste from the smoked meat and a kick of heat that lasted for a few hours down the road. During the process of smoking bologna it changes and creates an unreal taste, simply put both were Western KY BBQ perfection.

Swaggy P’s in Hanson KY.

I could be wrong but I thought the Chinese bought the rights to produce the Aprilia 850 motor. https://www.topspeed.com/motorcycles/motorcycle-news/the-chinese-zongshen-cyclone-is-really-an-aprilia-in-disguise/

Good looking video and review. -
Legit bike and price.

Shared this bike awhile ago, I thought it is located in Johnson City TN.

I would own every version....

Docc, Currently we have Bill Hagan, Kale, John (my dad n V7 850 Special), and myself in the 3 bedroom Cottage. I think there is a fire ring for night time bourbon tastings and "tech sessions".

Docc, Getting both cottages along with the garage would be perfect.

Swooshdave owns a Greenie from Portland Oregon from the forum.
-
Docc, is there anyone from the V11Lemans forum that lives close to the bike that can help out the buyer?
-
Question, were you able to ride the bike and determine if it shifted incorrectly?

Bill P.S. I am still licensed to practice law in Kentucky, but as an officially retired Old Flatulent and "Senior Counselor," I'm exempt from paying bar dues. If any of you end up wearing an orange suit, I can return to "active duty" for your court appearance and would only charge you those bar dues. Good to know we will have good legal counsel at the spring Kentucky Spine Raid.

I have always liked the Greenie, this one looks nice with fair asking price. https://kpr.craigslist.org/mcy/7554484475.html

Docc, I have reached out to a few Spine Raiders most have interest at this point but need to verify time off, some employers won't let you do that until January, that said everyone is welcome to call the Lodge and reserve a room and cancel if you can't make it later next year. There is a campground at the Dale Hollow State resort park, some may want to camp and ride over to the "garage" for tech sessions . I have rented the cottage with the garage, two rooms taken, one still available, PM me if interested in the details. As in most Guzzi gathering's, ride your Guzzi, Royal Enfield, whatever and plan on enjoying a good weekend. https://parks.ky.gov/burkesville/parks/resort/dale-hollow-lake-state-resort-park

I like the new colors, especially the V7 850 Special.

Docc, I had a 50/50 chance of getting the year right. For the asking price, it’s still a clean bike, recall or not.

It’s clear the seller is not knowledgeable about his bike, maybe he is selling for someone else or inherited the bike. All that said, IF it’s the same bike as in the photos in person, than it may be some type of time capsule bike. Lived in a garage for years, low mileage etc. Still a worthy bike to buy, but will need all new fluids, tires, battery to get it going. Next like Docc eluded to is once you start using a idle bike stuff will break or have issues. Technically, the bike I bought this year went down the same path, frustrating at times, definitely cost some money for parts & repair. But once sorted it’s a brilliant bike worthy of all the time and effort.
