I had my dad walk out to his barn today and take a few pics of the old Italian made Indian 50cc two stroke. Maybe from Italjet or Franco Morini? This bike hasn't ran since around 1990-ish. -

Rode about an over to Kale's garage today to install a riser kit from MPH. This is my second MPH kit I have bought, the first one, which is on Kale's silver V11 Sport (a bike I had bought new in 2002) was installed by the late Mike Wells, a highly regarded mechanic in Lexington KY. Mike died riding his Honda 305 Super hawk in an AHRMA race at Mid-Ohio a few years ago. Anyways, I remember walking into the Lexington Motorsports shop 20 yrs ago and listening to Mike cuss fitting the kit to my bike. Today I had the luxury of realizing what Mike meant all those years ago. The clutch hydraulic line was wire tired about 9 times down the spine frame. We started to cross thread the transmission solenoid side before we dropped the pipes and removed it. All that said, with the risers installed the throttle cable is now too short too reach without being routed overtop the triple tree. Did the long frame bikes have a different length or longer throttle cable? If so I will wait to get another cable before putting it all back together.

Awe…..I was waiting for the ICE purist to show up. ✔️ Look I love gasoline as much as you, but reality check it’s probably not forever. -
For my son Landon. I know the gasoline ICE purist will not like the fact that its an electric bike, but that's the world young Landon grew up into. The EFTR Jr is a replica of the FTR Carbon, capable of 7mph in low and 15 mph in high settings. It has front and rear brakes with rear adjustable suspension. Learning battery charging management will probably do him well in his lifetime. My first bike was a smoking(literally) Italian made 50cc two stroke, Indian badged import from the 70's, I loved that bike and its still in my parents garage today.

Very nice ride video from the Oregon Norton Enthusiasts fall ride, with a little bit of Guzzi content.

I think they stopped bringing over the 701 to the US in 2020, but I the Vitpilen 701 in Blue and White is the best color combo. I also like the Norden 901 that has just been released. Upon further investigation though, I learned that the Norden 901 is made by CFMoto (800 MT) with J.Jaun brakes, the Vitpilin is possibly made in India. Because of the this, I chose to buy another Italian bike.

Mine is carbon fiber with clear stock screen, looking for a replacement 6 hole clear or smoked screen. Also missing some of the hardware bolts.

I am the proud new owner of the Rosso Mandello, thank you Shaun for getting this bike back on the rode. Hope to see you & your son racing in AHRMA this season.

Bought the bike new at Lexington Motorsports and rode it the first 12.5K miles then sold it to Kale who lives in Nicholasville, KY where it has resided ever since. The bike came with the carbon front fender and fly screen. I added the chin spoiler, side carbon, along with Fast By Ferracci pipes and eventually the FBF high compression piston kit. Since then, Kale added the Mivv exhausts. The motor had a bolt loose in the oil pick up and spun a bearing, leaving the bike idle for over 6 years. In the last couple of weeks Kale bought a low mileage EV motor painted and installed it. The bike is back on the road now running more reliable than ever, this pic on Saturday around Shaker Village at Pleasant Hill, was on his "sea trials" shaking out the bikes lasts glitches. Which were a new voltage regulator and some of the wiring to the turn signals. As she stands right now, the bike is good to go.

I owned a Silver 2001 V11 Sport CF version that I bought new long ago. Sold it to a friend that still has it with over 40K miles seen in this picture ridden on Saturday.
