  1. This story will be told in pictures and they will probably be few and far between.
  2. Cabernet, Lots of bikes use them it's just hard to find that piece by itself.
  3. Anyone know where to find one of these? Hopefully without the custom bend. Don't need a mirror but will buy a damaged mirror to get one. If you've got one rolling around IM me, happy to buy it. Gracias amigos!
  4. Thanks docc, Ordered and on the way
  5. Okay FreyZI, Now we reveal their names? The V7 is Bridget: the ingenue/cheerleader, perky, fun The V11 is Betty: the serious keeper, you'd go to war with her Think what our wives therapists could do with this thread.
  6. The best of the last of the analog bikes. Also, Guzzis seem female to me. In the good way. They look good, they sound good, they require and respond to attention. Etc. BMWs always felt male, like, let's go drink fifty beers. English and Japanese bikes never struck me either way.
  7. Hi, I want to powder coat the hangers. Guzzi p/n 14103400. Piaggio says that part has been "abolished". Anyone found a substitute? Thank you.
  8. No. 382 here. Newly acquired, she is now home in WA state. She needs attention, pictures later.
  9. Thanks Kindoy2, I'm leaning towards the RAM clutch
  10. DOH! My apologies for the wasted bandwidth.
  11. Other side. It's light fer shure
  12. Scud, You forgot Roper tray, reaction rod bushings and about a hundred others. Clutch: I bought a steel assy on ebay, pretty darn good ring gear, and sent it off to Guzzi Power in Torrance to be lightened and balanced. Here it is, still bolted together as he return shipped it. But now I want to stay with a single plate assy. All I can say is I changed my little mind. So I would sell the steel assy for what it cost to machine it. I ask you, Scud, what clutch do you and the brain trust recommend? Also, how do I purchase the new improved gearbox springs? It's on the list Thank you! cdr
  13. I won't trust it, on the wall it goes
  14. Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm cold because I retired to Hoth the ice planet from So. CA. And I could not be happier The aluminum flywheel looks perfect. Rings like a bell if that means anything. I'm having difficulty attaching pictures but I will post them when I can. Ah, max size 200kb. Be right back.

Greetings, The site has been tremendously useful to me. I figured it was high time I joined. I bought the scura from eurosports LV. My V7 needed a big sister. Thanks to all the unnamed heroes who have helped me without knowing it. Motorcyclists are the best folks in the world and Guzzista are the best of those.
