  1. If you're around Moab and route works out, the roads and views around Capitol Reef NP are amazing. If Fruita is along the way, stop in for a pie. But you cant go wrong almost anywhere in Southern Utah.
  2. Am I getting my figuring right? 17k? That's an expensive fender! But it comes with a Coppa, so there's that.
  3. @footgoose I am talking about those small portable ones you can carry on the bike. They look to be the size of an old transistor radio.
  4. Any recommendations for one of these units? I see them advertised but haven't pulled the trigger on one yet. Some of the Chinese ones go for peanuts, but can they be counted on?
  5. My old stomping grounds...now that's more like it with the price. Oh, but that seat! https://www.facebook.com/share/p/qW4v54swWWxXWWNw/?mibextid=xfxF2i
  6. I think that one sold.
  7. I used SealMates on my Stelvio forks. They were leaking pretty good. Lots of crud came out and now everything seems like it should be. So that either means the fork is out of oil or there is oil and I fixed it. Only thing I dont know is how much leaked out for the previous owner. I don't think you can check oil level with forks installed. So if I take them out, new seals and wipers go in.
  8. Any storm that takes human life is "that bad". The frequency that it happens here is on the uptick.
  9. Did somebody say staged? Still a beautiful bike though. I don't understand why her fingers and arm look so weird in that shot...almost AI like. https://images.app.goo.gl/FAWP6snjM7wapNNc6
  10. @p6x I see it just fine. Are your parental controls turned on? That green is obscene. Maybe it has to do with FB? On it or not on it? Not sure...
  11. But it's not red...
  12. It has been listed for about a month. I just saw it today. https://www.facebook.com/share/aKvdbXQVKVmhXxQx/?mibextid=kL3p88
  13. I'm not so sure I would be a good fit there...
  14. Something about those jugs...
  15. Well if I am doing the conversions correctly, bikes are spendier in Norway. But then again, a good loaf of bread is 8 bucks now. Pre Covid they were 3-4.
  16. That is 46k US dollars...is that right? The Kawasaki Z900 is under 10k...ABS, great engine. Great bang for the buck here. It is a great bike. What do they go for there?
  17. I thought Crazy Eddie was just a NY metro business. Was he in other cities?
  18. You trying to set up some in flight refueling?
  19. I'll be heading there on the Stelvio. Looking forward to it.
  20. Rockland and Bergen counties is where I lived until I turned 40, so this has some local flavor for me. Hackensack https://g.co/kgs/uPHtnYo
  21. Oh I intend on riding it from time to time, but its resting place could be in a more temperate area than my outdoor shop. It is hot in there during the summer and damp in the winter. Double doors to the foyer would make entry and exit easy...but that ship has sailed. It will reside in my small indoor shop during the winter though.
  22. @p6x That was some interesting action. Up to about $3500, there was one guy driving the train. He has an old V7Sport and a MHR, so I thought he wanted another Italian gem. His past wins showed he had some deep pockets, but he left the dance. Then the eventual buyer took over. It's history now. Makes me want to put mine in my foyer even more to keep it perfect, but I've been told more than once, no way! I have the perfect spot for it. Some people just dont understand.
  23. You got that right. Going by his past wins, he had spare change. My friend wanted to bid on it, but held out seeing where it was heading. I thought it would end up there. It only takes one.
