Just be advised that a heat shield that flaps around too much can block the intake of a modified airbox causing interesting degradation of performance varying from sudden drops in power at high rpm if it's a little bit floppy to not being able to increase revs above 3000 rpm if it is really floppy!

the 'Guzzi Ohlins' are not up to snuff to most other Ohlins forks?
I don't know which are which but I believe that there were two versions of Ohlins fitted to the V11's. I hope someone can provide the differences.
I just got my Beer Advent Calendar ..... 24 craft beers from Canada, USA and Mexico. I have no idea what the beers will be until I open them .... day by day!

6' channel locks? That translates to six feet here in Canada. Maybe we have less coriolis effect to counteract here but I find six inch channel locks to be sufficient ......!

I agree .... the Rosso Mandello. the greenie, the silver and the black, the Scura and the Corsa's, the Tenni's, the Ballabio's and even the LeMans .... pretty much all one of the best V11's produced! (did I miss any?)
