  1. You are asking the wrong question! "Should I NOT buy this V11 LeMans for $4900?"!!!
  2. Don't give me ideas - I already have an MGS-01 .... .... and I have other ideas anyways!!
  3. Hey - my Centauro resembles that remark - but I have a plan and it involves Ducati and V11 parts! Andy - if you need any bodywork or front end parts send me a PM and I may have a great deal for you ...
  4. Just bought a set of MotoBits on eBay. Sorry to anyone who was bidding. I'll let you know what I think an a month or so ....
  5. Branded, scorned as the one who ran. What do you do when you're branded, and you know you're a man? Wherever you go for the rest of your life you must prove ... you're a man.
  6. No - but we do like doughnuts!
  7. It most certainly is Belfast. There is a collection of Guzzi riders in the Lower Mainland area of British Columbia that do just that via their own forum. We call ourselves Stradavaious (Strada - Italian for road - various - the many roads we ride). We are planning a spring meeting at one of the Moto Guzzi dealerships and we expect to have the Moto Guzzi rep there and we'll have a couple of custom bikes on display and also some tech sessions (hoping to have Kiwi Roy show us his electrical upgrades) and have some espresso and ciambella's. After that we'll go for a ride and finish the day at a restaurant or pub. It's worth it!!! Here is the website: STRADAVARIOUS
  8. Don't forget the security question for registration: What's high in the middle and round at both ends?
  9. It's in North Ireland. It's not a dust bunny!
  10. Sorry - I don't know the actual year - it is a project bike! I recognize the bike you have pictured -I think it is a late 80's bike and this one is after that but I really don't know for sure. Right now I am going to concentrate on the 1972 PUCH 125 MC that I found and am restoring! Pictures only if somone is interested ....
  11. PUCH Cobra! Very nicely done and from the info with the photo it is up to 80cc and good for 135 km/hr. With the pedals it could be considered eco-friendly! Based on this bike: Puch Maxi board tracker? Great stuff!
  12. Yes - it is an MZ 125 ES mongrel that competes in vintage MX now. MZ trophy
  13. I read that he needed it to add extra catalyst capacity plus in Japan bikes cannot be certified with the exhaust exiting below a certain level. I take he means to market globally! I will certainly enjoy Buell more now that it is just Erik and no Harley involvement.
  14. So what's this then? Uploaded with ImageShack.us
  15. No http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W_gxLKSsSIE Dang! I think I'm being replaced at work so I figured I could at least get a job in the kitchen at the wife's restaurant, but once she sees this I doubt there will even be a place for me peeling carrots! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W18Z3UnnS_0
  16. I haven't gotten around to getting the tailpiece to the graphics shop yet. I'm stuck up in Yukon where it was -47C this morning.
  17. I will show you my lights if you will show me My ECU ..... OK but that other KIWI Dave will get jealous!!
  18. Same with mine ...
  19. ..... and you will have a couple of dozen available for spring when the Stradavarious gang meets at Valley Moto Guzzi?
  20. Back in the 60's and 70's the National Film Board of Canada made a lot of very interesting movies and shorts and some animated stuff that were magical - and the choice of music was always eclectic!! I have been zooming around the site watching old clips from when I was a wee lad and it has brought me a lot of pleasure. Here's one I remember well from when I was a wee lad and I worked with guys like these (excluding the boy) in the 1980's. Crazy as all get out!! Ti-Jean Goes Lumbering!
