I have emailed Moto International to get the date for their open house. I'll pass on the info when I get it.
There is a possibility that a good portion of the road to Mt Baker may be gravel from a washout and flooding last year. Chuckanut is fun on a quiet sunny day.

I have to agree with Steve and I second his motion for going out riding - in 2 weeks for me. I'm off flying right now but i plan on hitting the roads on 2 wheels when I get back home.
Keep up the good work Jaap and thanks to everyone for some stimulating if conflicting conversation!!
Cheers

Salvador Dali was born in Catalina, Spain but I think that the naming of Jason's daughter would be the domain of Jason and his wife. I prefer to leave any explanations up to them.
It is a very beautiful sounding name.
The Guzzi pegs are mounted with an eccentric adjustment so they can be lower, forward, up or back about half an inch each way. If the Sport 100 porchops are the same as the V11 then they will not lower your ground clearance unless you adjust it so.
You may be interested in the ergal footpegs listed on the Moto Guzzi website. I can't get the USA site to come up but they are shown here on the UK site. I have a set on my V11 and I really like them as the bike shifts much better - more positively and crisply. I also prefer solid footpegs as they protect you and your bike better in a fall or tipover (my opinion - other opinions differ).

Chilliwack had that much rain in January alone - the second wettest January on record.
Still wish I had made it but will try hard for Feb.
Van - there are another 3 V11's here in the Wak that will probably come along too. Methinks we should start setting a date so we can get our time off planned!! I'll probably start PM'ing soon to through out some ideas!
