  1. I don't know if it was a 850, but what if you have to build one, the difference between the 850 and 1100 is thrown away anyway. 850 have been sold here for 7000 euro, so they could have it for less. why pay more? I do see more work done, but I'm very interested to see if they can deliver it to customers, or it stays a one off. Remember a year ago, they were going to race supertwins with a griso? Never seen them, one race I think. But anyway anyone doing things with a guzzi is ok, to little people having fun like this.
  2. I'm not shure if Guareschi is happy with it :-) take a leftover griso 850, add the kit, paint it black.

    Stelvio

well green and black, to avoid confusion, this is a photoshop
  5. Kevin, spare parts cost money, they rather sell no spares. But they know we don't buy bikes then.
  6. man, you hear bad things. Must be the weather. Did they ever make parts?

    Monza?

well, maybe guzzi learnt from the griso 8v launch last year and won't show a monza, if it's not ready to sell.
  8. Well at that moment the front engine cover with the top mount didn't exist. But look at the swingarm, it's a 1:1 replica. >Have you seen Arthur Wheelers frames for his racing singles well please give a link to a picture what you mean.
  9. well, there have been more box type frames, but the details of tony foale's frame, are to strong back in the daytona frame, that they are related. And the story is that john witner has been at foale in that time and made some pictures.
  10. well the outside spacer from the 2002 le mans, that has a 20/25 spindle does fit. It needs to be 25mm inside. But I understand that you have a new one for that already
  11. The second spacer you don
  12. hi claudio, for spindle, buy a ducati 999 spindle. for the spacer, find someone who can make you one, it's easy, given the right tools. The length isn't always the same, wheels aren't made the same :-(
  13. race tyres have a limited temperature operating range. The don't have to have that. The ones realy racing with these tyres, do one race with them, because the nicest part is gone from the tyre. And if it does make a small difference, it could mean you win. The more ambitious hobby racer wants new tyres, that means produced not long ago.
  14. the workshop guy with green hat.
  15. the marzocchi has different mounting, only if you find a bike with same forks, you are able to find something. maybe a monster?
  16. well, your wife won't see you in a long time.
  17. I you knew him, you could have spotted Goffredo
  18. Well, the first radial factorys were here 2003. They are a bit different, but i think antonio has such one on his bike. The radial ones are much wider to see, the same as mgs01. The earlier rsv-r types were thinner, more nice round. Jaap has one like that. And no I don't make them, and I won't. There are enough aftermarket shops making copys of original parts. I only want to do things no-one does. rsv-r type factory type.
  19. no, so hefty is the original 1100 sport, just like the v11 sport
  20. 1 Caratteristiche generali La categoria
  21. Look at the front engine where the sidestand has a big bolt. Thats the place.
  22. well, the picture tells the story, it starts at the porkchop, then has a mount on a bottom engine bolt, and goes to the front engine bolt. And to get this working, it stould be as straight as possible.
  23. no aprilia rsv too. Has same fork bottoms. Protects the sensitive parts better
  24. Well I did two things, a diagonal in the front engine mount. And a crossbrace between leftright porkchops, but that area has nothing from factory anyway, since the swingarm was extended to pivot near the gearbox. And to gid rid of that wel known stability, I cut the steeringhead and welded it on 2 degrees steeper. I want a steering bike, not a straightline bike.
