  1. for the ones that can't keep the brother apart: http://www.motonline.com/video/video.cfm?c...amp;formato=wmv
  2. Well I go on the track, and to be on the track @ the ducati club race, you have to race. It's more touring on the track what I do, but I love it. To be on the startgrid, and be there with 40 others, standing waiting for the light to go out, and then in the same time all 40 bikes try to get in the first corner fast, I love that. In the end I'm the last one over the finish line but the grin is so big the helmet won't fit anymore. I do like riding on the track more than the public road. If you like to have your own page in the gallery on my website, you're welcome. You can upload the pictures there on your own. Click on register there: http://www.fastguzzi.nl/gallery/main.php Guy, I think we meet soon, we can discuss your 4v wish then. But something should be there to be whished for, or not?
  3. Welcome here Gyles. I did see the cadwell pictures, you had a lot of fun there. Maybe next time I can come over the water to join. Daytona on the track is more fun then on the road. Like in this picture:
  4. it looks they don't mind the wet track, at the trofero rosso they crashed the v6 a bit. As I understand it's not shure the v6 and all other bikes belong the family. Yes they were gone when laverda went broke. :-)
  5. maybe first take it in pieces, and inspect what you find, before buying things. MAybe the cams ore folowers are worn, or you need a set of barrels with pistons.
  6. antonio, for 3500 you can buy a complete centauro, rip what you need, and keep the rest. we can make a deal.
  7. I see you have to stay with the v11 forever Antonio. In some time a 4v engine in it from a wrecked 4v griso/stelvio.
  8. Thanks looks like had great days there. Nice pictures
  9. Yes full report and lots of pictures please
  10. good looking, be carefull with yourself, it's easy to go way to fast with them. I think you needed your driver license for your work, watch out!
  11. yes and then here people come to ask for forward footrests, luggage sets and convertibars.
  12. The nero corsa is one of the last in the range, and had all problems solved. So should be a no brainer. What do you espect from the v11 that the norge can't?
  13. If guzzi did their work properly, then this is the biggest new thing in very a long time. They listened to the hard to change guzzi owners, who can't see a guzzi other than an aircooled v twin. So this is the best they can make in the air cooled vtwin, with an old looking engine. What you all want. This engine might be the engine in all big guzzis in the end. Like BMW did. I suppose they show it at the GMG
  14. the material is printed in/on the bottom I think.
  15. Jasper, what I remember from the scura is that the forks have soft springs, but the back didn't feel to soft. If you have a real suspension shop, they can pretty easy advise you. Before you start messing with what feels good to you now.
  16. http://www.stevecramerproducts.com.au looks to be the Ohlins importer. Ask them, or look on threir site for a dealer.
  17. the leak might come from an accident. When the forks slaps againgst the tank, it will leak there. Welding might not be easy.
  18. ged, it's just as jou say, a few unpolllised parts on the diamond. Polish them and you will never give her away.
  19. The key to our luck is that we both have the silver book: "Moto Guzzi - Quando le moto hanno l'anima" written by Goffredo Puccetti, 571 pages guzzi.
  20. look here where italian bikes are made for, the difference between me and an italian. Place your own picture next to it :-)
  21. So does it look on marcs bike.
  22. you can not calculate material strenght to the finished product, the way the tread is made deformes material, and changes stucture.
  23. well, the welds are nearly invisible when mounted, so how big is your problem? The pipe from the Stucchi is pretty heavy. Mine does have better welds, but the finish is the same.
  24. Getting it in oz shouldn't be a problem, the scura I had, rides in oz now.
  25. The complete exhaust is titanium, the color is from titanium nitride, same as the fork legs, the heat made the color. Wheel spindles are titanium, the sidestand is tita too, you take it out, and it goes in the hollow rear wheel spindle. I think a lot of engine parts are exchanged for titanium. All tita custom made in eastern europe, where labour is cheaper.
