If you compare the 2 engines, they are quite similar. Same valve sizes, same small pushrods on the same single overhead cam. Same output power. Ok cams are connected to the crank with a chain from the back of the crank. Design wise it's like the idea you have from both countrys, hot italian, or wirtschaftlich german. I like it hot. I once steed op a r1100s, it feels like a sofa.

The 2v guzzi's have 45mm tb and the 4V have 50mm tb. If I'm correct on the first, I'm sure on the second. I know one case where someone bolted the daytona Tb to a 2v egine, that was a racer and it didn't stay on long. That was mainly because it didn't run right.

it's interesting, I can tell that having a lighter front wheel, made my bike steer much more easy at speed.

why, the breva 750 is smallblock engine, the 850 is the bigblock. 1100> 850? well: stroke from 80>66mm, one sparkplug, shorther primary gearratio, no oilcooler.
