  1. No this is: "Pastis de Marseille". I got it with ice and water.
  2. Well Jean Marc, if most french came near your ability to speak english... But the same counts for most italian or spanish people. After you were gone, the people from the big group standing behind us, invited me in to have a Richard. I had to taste that:-)
  3. I'm just back from a weekend in France. It was great again, special attention was there for Benelli this year. So there were some special old 4 cyl Benelli's. Marcellino Sebastiano was there too, with the V8, that ran, and a 500 and 250 Benelli. I met nice people, most French who don't speak english, but that didn't matter. Some pictures I took: http://community.webshots.com/album/404198423KrPtFN
  4. BAldini, You don't need the alternator on the engine to make a shorther bike. Your scura has an extended frame in the front, I did the opposite and took an inch or so out behind the steering head, and 2 degree steeper angle. Still no wheel touching the alternator. So at a scura you can even takeout more. This gives more weight over the front. O, and my fork legs are 35mm shorther than the scura ohlins.
  5. I think all euro3 things make it have less power, If you cutoff restrictions, and adjust injection, I think you have more. The engine is more sophisticated, double plugs, and more. In the end it won't be euro 3, but have more sound and power.
  6. I think I don't understand this, look at the picture, but then the technical details: the link: http://www.dealsonwheels.com/search/detail...0-200506-000004 Engine: Chrysler V6 Iron Block Aluminum Heads. 3.5 Liter Displacement. Fuel Injection Induction. App. 253 Horse Power. (Stock H.O. 99-02).Transmission: Chrysler Standard Automatic Transmission
  7. these are serious ugly cars from an european view. USA has better cars. This is a badass car: http://www.mopar.nl/downloads/files/fred-1.mpg
  8. Normaly warranty is transferable to the new owner. Contact moto guzzi about this. Did you get the warranty booklet? I think that even hold a transfer form. Futher, when the previous owner didn't have the dealer do the service, warranty isn't working anymore. Here in europe, a dealer has to put all service in the moto guzzi computer so they can see what a bike had as servicehistory. If you go to a dealer, they can with the VIN look the bikes history up in the moto guzzi computer.

    breva exhaust

Well the mistral seems a bit thin, since you only have one. If you can find someone who can bend a pipe for it, an aftermarket silencer for a big japan four has more diameter. But it's no bolt on solution.
  10. No but pilot race is an old tyre, then you have to get "pilot power race" But pilot power should do.
  11. That you have so little space left isn't strange, the two pitures from you cans for sale are 4Mb toghether, I don't know how you did it, but please look at filesize before upload. This sort of pictures shouldn't be bigger than 100kb.

    PITA

the upright position makes it less comfortable on your bottom. Get a rich maund seat, custom made. Do a search here on rich maund upholstery homepage: http://www.geocities.com/rgmaund/RichsCycl...tml?10696330401
  13. What I do is: I have an extra cover for the fluid holder. I made a hole of 20mm in it. Then I fill it up, through the hole I push the fluid to the caliper that is open at one side. The rubber thing is still in there, I use that to push on. When the reservoir is empty, I fill it again and then the other airscrew on the caliper. Works fine, font and rear. I figured this out when my old tonti would't do it from rear to front with the integral system.
  14. Because of the hollow axcle tread, here a picture with a "see through"
  15. Hi Mattieu, do you go to the trofeo rosso in 2 weeks?
  16. It's easy. Get gearboxoil out, dismount starter engine. Then behind that you find a door. unscew all imbus scews with the same head. Then you are ready to pull the thing to yourside. There are soem modified parts available, I don't know if they are mounted in your bike. In the mgs they changed again some parts there, look in your manual. Maybe you can mount the mgs01 parts, since they are the latest update available.

    Shop Manual?

Well I just tried, but I have xpsp2 with popup blocking, no harm done. But you can get it as zip files from this site: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/v11manuals/ You might have to signup for a yahoo ID if you don't have one, but that doesn't harm. goto files, first get tree.gif , and look at that. This how the unziped files should be placed. Then click on v11root, and download everything there and it's subfolders. The files are plced there at the place where you should have them in the end. See the tree.gif picture.
  18. to contact him, or see where he is: http://www.guzzigalore.nl
  19. In the spine frame it's not a big deal. But the tonti frame might be more of a problem. problem is the shorther gearbox, combined with the place where the driveshaft comes out of it. It would need some beer and a long winter, combined with excelent mecanical skils. The spineframe conversion is documented on my homepage. If he wants an easyer solution, I have a centauro 5 speed gearbox for sale.
  20. So why do you want these exhausts, there are so much makes available. Nearer to your home.
  21. the daytona/centauro ones have a bigger diameter. But verlocity stacks should be on the bodies, not the k&n's direct mounted.
  22. so and how is the 190 rear driving?
  23. Here some graet pictures from the TT Assen. http://www.forza.tv/180_1024/180_1024.html love this one:
  24. get yourself a Ohlins unit, I think is cheaper than 750$.
  25. IS it the gaskets, or the scewholes? the front and rear cover screws need an alu ring under the head, and correctly tight. If it is between head and cover, you can mount it with a bit of blue silicone under it.
