what you can see is that youre loosing it at the edges, the backside isn't painted, so corrosion goes behind the paint from there. The good news: stripping the paint is easy, strong paintstripper will do. The wrinckle paint is a bad idea back there, all dirt goes into it. So you can leave it blank alu, paint it gray, or flat black again.

given the "right"( or is it wrong enough) type of driver this can be done with a lot of bikes. I suppose even an v11

it won't fit because the gearbox is in it's place there. and the rest of the pipes are different . Only you can tell the seller it's not for a v11 sport as advertized. And let the second bidder have it. It's no use to you.

for small money you can get the right springs for your weight in the bike. Don't wait until you get another one.

laverda is from piaggio too. But they don't do anything with it. They have other prioritys. Laverda will stay asleep until they sell it, or find it time to something with it. I can think of the Aprilia Cube 3 cil moto gp engine in a new laverda.

So Carl, you got your cables. I needed the same thing, but bought a ECU and lambda with it, that I don't need. Figured that someone buys the ECU and lambda from me, once.:-)
