DAMN I missed a lot in 2 days. last time I go on vacation. for halloween I was totally going to dress my kid up in a seal costume pour red paint on the head and get a foam bat then go door to door but I couldn't find a seal costume my mom wouldn't sew one up for me and the little misses thought it would be funny but when it came down to the time she had second thoughts. why can't more ppl think like tx? also I think his recent crown as top funny man brought him back from his mild hibernation.

  21. I think its the nature of most threads to completely deteriorate after the first page unless a couple ppl get into an argument then it goes on for weeks and volumes. but usualy the downward spiral is better than the bickerin. the new chiropracty?
  22. some do, they say "clean bill of health" I'm sure they're all outdated or forged tho.
  23. personally I hate MIME's myself. argh I just want to kick thier ass looking at the photo.
  24. I DO believe chriopractors do a good service and goto school for a long time. What I was getting at was the appauling amount of shiesters I've heard of in my area (no one told me they were but what they were told when visited was not reassuring) where as one DoC told my wifes best friend there is something wrong with her ovaries and should come back in for more appointments to work it out, first of all ovaries are on the front and very passive organs how can some back rubbin figure this out (he did no other tests or examinations just a back crackin) or the couple last night that told me anything can be cured by either preventative measures of visiting a DoC or cure anything through the alignment of the spine(they were DEAD serious) and have had no vaccinations or shots of anykind I believe in the healing powers of many things, accupuncter, aroma therapy, meditation. The only thing that gets my motor running is when so many DoC of ill reput try to become part of the main stream MD's I say they are just fine on the outskirts with the dentist, Nutritionist(who swear eating right can cure almost anything) and certain types of pediatrists (WHOM many believe and preach anything can be cured from a foot massage.) I say if any of these worked as real cures to severe ailments then most everyone would use them. I am highly against using Chiro procedures on children thier bones and joints aren't fully formed and the implications of said actions could be highly unsatisfactory. I have a theory that the first person to use Chiro cracked his back and said DAMN that feels good, how can I make money on it? Ah ha call it medicine sell it like snake oil. without going too far I believe adjustments are a good thing if you have a pinched nerve or sore muscle ligament but bones have very little to do with circulation or muscle pain. I would see a massage therapist for muscle pains and take some relaxers for spasms. Cracking joints helping the immune system baffels me as well I understand blood is produced in the marrow but how does the marrow in the center of the bone have anything to do with the joints themselves, maybe the pressure of the air in the joint affects the nerves but that air doesn't just "go away" by cracking. brings me back now to the fact I Can't wrap my fragile little mind around how a chiropractor is in anyway medically beneficial to muscle or pain relief unless it is associated with a tight or pinched nerve that message or common sence wouldn't help, and if nerves isn't your case then by constantly going to the chiro you achomplish nothing. No amount of training is a substitute to athentic scientific/medical method. psychoanalyst goto school for 8 years after grad school and I still think of them as quackery. I agree with the statement that Quacks are all around us and know no professional or social limitations. If I had what I thought was a valid reason to see a chiropractor I would see one, but in honesty I've seen many people that probably have nothing wrong with them but verge on the level of hypocondriac that something is always wrong with them and Chiros are like car salesmen they usualy make it easy to come in and make more appointments whenever I goto the doctor is a helluva hassle to get anywhere I need to go. I had ear surgery a few years ago and each time I needed to see the specialist I think I had to see a regular "stupid" doc first and demand a referral. In my personal experience chrio's come off like Jahovas Witnesses, preachy and trying to sell you something. and I don't like to be sold on anything I preferre to research it and draw my own conclusions then give it a try if I so choose. but thats just me and no one ever said I was smart so maybe I don't actually know anything.
  25. I kind of want to go see one, but finding a good one isn't so easy around here, they pump'em out by the bucket loads and many will say anything to get you to habitually see them. I Also agree a lot of actual doctors are quacks I always try to get to a specialist for my ailments. penn and teller did a thing on chiropractors its worth taking a look. I like having my back cracked but having someone going as far as never getting vaccinated for anything and never taking any medicine because "it can all by cured with the alignment of the spine." well I guess that just means if we're lucky there will be less stupid ppl in the world of the future. that and jahovas, don't get my started. or mormans my word, lets just not get into religeon. too touchy.
