I thought I would like CF more than I did (looking back) I wish I could goto Ti but whats done is done and I'm not changing unless something fell in my lap or a trade was worked out. lil part monetary, lil part laziness.

Anyone know a place to pick up these Centuaro controls? they look much more comfortable for my 6'2" frame And yet another Mod I can do (possibly bodge it in some way) and get the bike closer to that Zen state.

lucky bastard I would like to here I went to put the charger on her and start it up but I think my stock battery is finally kaput it started and ran but the battery just wouldn't stay charged. It only lasted 6 years WHAT the HELL.

I heard somewhere OZ has a 10to1 odds of becoming part of the USA in the next 20 years. Canada I think was 20to1, There were others on the list I wish I could find it. They sited weak national pride and governments (or something of the sort) I had a good laugh.

I think CF is more of a looks deal, I like the look so I have it as a small theme of the bike. Next time I'll probably go Titanium. But at the time CF is easier and actually cheaper than Ti fabricated or Ano Alum parts. But over stock NOT on a track is almost, almost always a trick/looks thing.

secondly it doesn't matter which bike you buy there is going to be a forum that can make it sound like shite, Also there is always someone somewhere that will swear he'll never buy another "fill in the blank" as long as he lives. Problems are always remembered before praises. To each thier own. For me its a Guzzi.

on second thought. why can't they just cut the pipes off right after they turn the side of the head like all these OCC bikes and customs do? Might be something to look at in the states where the police don't care

he should take the swingarm off and have it "gold" plated. then it would match the forks better

As far as I can tell the CF is more of a "heat shield" than what its actually made out of. I'm sure the metal its covering is much thinner than if it was without. So Maybe some are just a cover and some have some type of backing to them. The nice thing about the CF's is they don't ever get all that hot to the touch you wouldn't want to rest on'em but you can grab'em all you wanna.

I think I'll give that a try for the seat cowl if I can't get it airbrushed. The tank on the otherhand I Want done up like a prize moo cow.

I get giddy everytime I ride'er unless I just got done riding her hard and I need to get somewhere and I'm not sure if the thing will start or not from the vapor lock but this summer I'm going to try and fix that nugget. Otherwise it has been the best bike for the money BAR NONE. I got lucky I Think. I have enough stuff to work on getting for it to keep me busy for awhile too. g'dluck

thats whats so great about the Guzzi's I Think they defy the laws of physics or something. I can keep up if not out perform my coworkers GSXR-600 (although its a 600) untill we get to the freeway he has to change gears like a madman I just hammer through eveything. Better Acceleration than him too. But like I say on the freeway Mother nature takes over and I can't do 155mph.

where there is $$$$$$ there's a way. Its not even available here yet and someone has already modded it into an almost new bike. Cheers to the man tho.

I like what Jesse James did to that railcar that didn't make it. That was so awesome. I think it was the rail car. If the Guzzi was a gun I'd think it to be more of a 45-90. Slow to load but can take you clear across country and with style. We had one that got stolen I wish we still had it the whole stock was engraved and it had a flip top loading device you slid the cartridge in and snapped the top down them Boooooooooooom. Take down a bull elephant it could. I heard from a gun shop in good condition it would have been worth a Lot of money. It had a little water damage on the stock but prolly still worth between $2-4k bastards

wth is a trials bike? you mean a Trail bike? or is it something else? Some traffic laws are stupid but you shouldn't be doing a wheelie down the road anyway. My uncle got a DUI on a 10speed huffy doing a wheelie through a red light at an intersection only thing was a cop was sitting on the other side wating to go and my uncle is neither a nice or funny drunk even sober falls into the beligerent cat. Anywho long story short charged with a DUI 10speed (was about 20 years ago and laws were more lax on it tho and he was only out his lisence 30days) But the D in DUI can mean almost anything as long as youre on the roadway.

I've never heard of'em and I'm half your age so don't sweat the small stuff.
