  2. ohhhh.... that doesn't sound good I don't want to be MORE crampt I'll have to at least sit on one b4 I rule out a second Guzzi. I've gotter down to two canidates these days(besides more info on griso). NEW Tuono or Buell Ulysses

    V11 on ebay

about the bike I'd avoid it like the plague. I don't trust it at all I've had not any luck with thigns from China or Hong Kong better to just stay away all-together.
  4. HAHA rich ppl are so funny... could have cost him what maybe $500 max instead 100 times that. But is the DB5 really that fragile? not that I would take such a sweet car anywhere but to cruise the beach on a cool day(as in what 30C)
  5. That makes me want to get a Brushed Alum Tank on my V11....I guess there is another peice to my puzzle now instead of a paint job... Hmmmm.
  6. I'm #800 on that board now... not suprising almost everyone on this here board is over there. I like this one a lot better easier to read and follow but maybe mine eyes aren't ready for that one yet. Is that board more of an American one and more general guzzi types? I think maybe the V11Lemans destinction puts some off(even tho this site has twice the members I mean americanos.)
  7. That thing looks so ungodly complicated for its time....Its not much of a wonder why they didn't put it into a production of some kind I don't think they could have handled it and then sold any for the money it would have cost.
  8. If I ever become successful I will have my whole office decked out in this furniture Maybe some things for the house. In the grand scheme they are not as expensive as things can get but they are in fact somewhat reasonable for the amount of work and detail(& design) that goes into them. Now if I can just find that winning lottery ticket.
  9. I TOTALLY agree on the MGS(not MSG) and that new Tuono looks sooo awesome... I think I've finally reached a decision on a second bike in the stable....and the Winner is......Tuono Now I need a test ride and if it rides as nice as she looks baddabing.
  10. SEEEEEE no wonder youre brew turns out good. Youre a Cheater! us less learnded types have to try and muggle through it. Like anything most give up b4 they get good at it.
  11. I've heard that the Home brew doesn't taste very good. I haven't tried it but then I wouldn't know as I don't drink beer but a few freinds of mine did it and they like medium to heavy beers and couldn't drink it... not that it was too light or to strong they just didn't like it think as maybe some things are better left to the pros with all the time it takes and the cost of the home brew you could be drunk 3 times over b4 you get it out of the box
  12. OHHHH we don't have a chance....it'd be like a pro baseball team from japan taking on a pro baseball team from the USA to each their own and I'm afraid soccer isn't USA's own. Maybe next generation
  13. TX must be a Gynocologist ..... cause apparently he sees thier inner beauty know whaddimean nudge nugde wink wink saynomore saynomore. Not me tho. Can't understand moo cows it takes a lot of work to get that big . eveyone laughs at me for only being able to eat 4 white castles so I'm out.
  14. I'm like DAMMNNN thats a NICE desk...O M G it cost More than my V11...hokay won't be shopping there for sometime nice peices tho.
  15. I believe I said.... I don't want to know.
  16. I not only can't believe half the crap you post on here I don't even want to know where it came from.....ever.
  17. Tx that is the first and second grossest thing I have ever seen. My eyes are now bleeding.
  18. No the gas cap area looks fine I'm talking about where the brackets bolt to the tank that whole area is not attractive if you had the means you could probably make something hollow and then bondo the seams and paint the whole tank and make it look like a 2003+ tank since they do not fit early models. -Might be something I think about also.
  19. I'd rather buy that than a Breva....so its worth getting out on the market.
  20. I only got about half from there... Most I had and thier calendar is rightous I used to have more but I sometimes delete old ones I've had for awhile so my album doesn't get toooo cluttered.
  21. I will try this technique you speak of next time I have her out. She'll come up on take off if I gun it too hard not clutching it. And if I hit a bump and rip it but I'll try this compressing the forks trick. I'm not much for showing off or getting crazy I don't exactly practice but sometimes I like to show that my big goose can do almost as good as the gixxer just ahead of me. Funny note I was riding with a bunch of asains on crotch rockets just ran into them on a twisty road we came to one of two hairpins and I lean into take the turn well all of them just about stop to make the turn(as in not even trying to take a line or lean) and if the goose wasn't so stable I would have taken out 3 of'em I just gripped the brakes and almost rubbed my knee after that I got away from those retards they were just looking for the straights to floor it roll off and floor it again....

    Idea's

A V8??? no youre asking for more faliure problems so many bikes have enough trouble with just 2.... I'd love a well sorted V8 bike thats as compact as the 250 but make it an even 1000+ for me... they could sell a ton of'em but making it would cost a large fortune.
  23. alright then listen up ppl none of these either we want ONLY the bikes.
  24. Ohhh its not pretty under there. its shaped like you would think it would be under the pad but then there is another U shaped depression under that for the brackets to rest on and then the 4 holes to which they mount. I'm sure there is some way to clean it up but it would be so much more work than fabricating something to replace the foam rubber nubber. It also manages to collect a fair amount of dirt and grime
  25. Unless you have a 99-oo' model then youre screwed . Only reason to take off the Rubber peice is to replace it with CF IMO or maybe have one made out of polished alum and snap it in.... I might try that if my CF peice breaks or gets all crusty. Also the 2002 bikes are fastened in with bolts but since the tanks are different sizes might explain why I could only Secure 2 of the 4 bolts....the other 2 are cut and glued in for 'looks'
