  1. Definatly, They should bring that style of motorcycle back and Sell them as a Scooter for the Real man. I'd look at having something like that for tooling around. And yes that would be on display in the Rumpus Room.
  2. 125? I hope to be able to get there SOME day I'm a wuss and if I got caught doing that I could lose my license And my Job. thats not good.
  3. Weird Mine went out brake side. No bearing is Safe ooOOooooo Scary.
  4. You make that sound so much easier than it really is, I'll pay the $300 to have the dealer do it right than to have me do it wrong 3 times. Even if THEY do it wrong then they make it right free. Plus it helps keep'em in bi-ness.
  5. I didn't notice anyone taking anything in vain. but I did notice a similarity with super with bikes and you with cars. Call me Captain Obvious. Anyway thats a Nice lookin bike you got there is it yours?
  6. Yeah even the dealer doesn't always know what they are doing I found that out on the way home a few blocks from my house POP spray, squirt, drain alllll over the place. Whadda mess. I guess they damaged the fork seal like you say. I don't even want to talk about what happened after that.

    On The Road

seems to be a problem with your pics I see nothing. ok weird now I see one
  8. Mine pulls even harder and smoother with the PCIII installed and I haven't made it to the Rev limiter I'm a Puss but I do redline it often enough getting onto the Freeway. IF you go with Manic take a look at their Reviews he put my comment on there it was Literally Just after I got off of a Ride to test them out and was much to excited to have it make sence and he didn't edit it down to make it look better so I sound like an idiot. But he makes good Sh*t.
  9. Not unless I win the Lottery First, Do you think they'll make any Aftermarket parts for this bike??
  10. noticed what exactly?
  11. Two things YES and YES, Let me explain the Bar end weights Do wonders! (which manic makes in Black Powder coat, Chrome, Steel or SS-I got the SS) http://www.manicsalamander.com/bar_end_weight.htm And YES the bike will smooth out with time but not completely So to really get rid of those 4500-5000 vibes the Barend weights are the Best option otherwise the Bar end Mirrors do a great job also Just depends on the look you want to go with http://mphcycles.com/CRG_Mirrors_Levers.htm Once that is out of the way I can't fault anything on my Goose and love it more everyday
  12. Well just consider yourself a serial collector like Whart, Best to ride all the best bikes out there than have one and never know if there is more for you to love.
  13. I think I just stained my pants, I really like those pics of the Mondial you have too, Is it yours? I must start to get some wonderful toys of my own.
  14. Get those security nuts or something, I'd want to make it a little harder on themcould weld it on and make it look like its only bolted my uncle did that with his stereo when he lived in texas they steal everything in texas Anyway he has funny stories about that but he moved to Florida I miss having his amazing tools around I was just wating to get a boot on my car and call him to bring out his portable Plasma cutter and leave the boot in peices for'em. Yeah I like stories
  15. Two Words- Bar End Weights , Anyway they take out almost all of those Vibes you can do a search or I know throttlemeiser and a company Called Manic Salamander Make them (I have the manics) and they almost completely eliminate the vibes. From there you will find many more things you want to 'fix' up but I assure you these are Great bikes, And I should know! god I've been riding for 4 years and I'm 24, I know what I'm talking about.
  16. I don't so much care about the looks of the actual seat, Its me ass that it has to answer to, not my eyes. So rich's seat gets a 9 from me stock seat was a 7 my former bike had a seat around a 4 god damn it sucked. To each thier own. Or everyone would ride a Goose.
  17. HE should fabricate a wood looking Tank and front fender to make it a more complete look than a Queen's rickshaw rammed into a decrepid Beemer.
  18. Come on now, These bikes are plenty fast, Just not Rice Fast. But IMHO who needs that on the road? if you can get some track days in then I can see it but otherwise who needs that many points on your license(if they let you keep it)
  19. Well I've seen and Heard the MG Ti's and the funny thing is that my 'modifications' make it sound louder and deeper than the Mg's cans tho I can't beat the look of those cans. So I have my wish for now I can wait for the asthetics.
  20. I guess I'll have to put my money where my mouth is and try to find those Pads, It came in a plain package without much on it and they told me it was a popular Guzzi tank Protector around here, I said sure I'm sold (follower) and I've been looking and can't find anywhere online that sells them they are Made by CSS I've seen round similar material pads for BMW's but I can't find this pad. I'll keep looking and if we don't find anything by the time I go into the dealer I'll ask them about it.
  21. I hear that but I don't see that as a great fix either because as Al has stated and I don't doubt it- The Newer tanks might not fit at all. So All I know about the CF chin pad is that Unless I find a salvage of that rare part then my dealer (motoprimo) Can place an order that may not be filled indefinetly So Again if anyone has a good hand with CF or know where someone could get some Fabricated CF parts produced for less than $4bills, I'd be willing to listen. I mean $4benjamins I'd rather get the New Guzzi 'Breva' helmet its sweetness on a stick. And live with the pleather and throw on some UV lotion.
  22. Anyone know where to pick up a MG cover, secondly if anyone see's one cruising Ebay let me know I don't always catch everything. I want it to look nice AND be in the Garage Hmpth maybe I go through phases on these kinds of things, I'm still on the Fence about New cans Do I go for a CF theme or a Silver/Ti theme. Thats the question for awhile...
  23. I wish they looked exactly like they do now without the Blueing, Thats all I would want. polished and black doesn't look too great to me Tho I like black better than crome on these bikes.
  24. YA know anyone who doesn't want thier Ti pipes I'll take'em right off your hands you can then put on some CF or my wonderfully modified OEM cans with Zero wiggle, pleeeezzzzeeee
  25. We pay through the Nose in MN for our roads after hearing your little story I don't mind it so much, We have 2 seasons Winter and Road Construction But at least they wait 5 years before redoing a perfectly fine road. Maybe they should send a crew or two over to NJ to keep them busy.
