SO, I'm outside this newish eatery called Punch Pizza and its like 90sec brike oven neopolitian pizzas(fricken delicious) anyway one of the guys who works the oven was outside and walks up to me as I'm on the Aprilia and asked me about it, he says he has a Ducati and that he really admires the Aprilia, that it is really stunning he asks who makes it? and I told him piaggio(which didn't need an explanation, he knew of them) then I say yeah they also make Moto Guzzi's and I really like my Guzzi as well. The man in a even thicker itialian accent says "YOU have a moto gootsie?" all the sudden who cares about apes and ducks he got this big smile and a twinkle in his eye and looked like he was going to hug me. I said yeah I love my Guzzi but I just got this so I'm running it in as much as I can before winter hits. He told me that he wishes he would have got a Gootsie but the parts are too hard to get here, I told him thats only a problem if it breaks and off we went on our own seperate ways. I get all the girls checking me out on the Aprilia but now I know that the big hariy italian guys go for a nice gootsie. Good times, good times.

not likey, the rosso's were of the older frame variety if I'm not mistaken and the seat pans are different, it WILL fit if you move the relays as in mount them lower, other than that it would work. short answer no with a 'but', long answer yes with an 'and' also if it doesn't fit for you, maybe I'd take it off your hands, I've been thinking I'd like a spare

Nog has a point, its the personal attacks that close them down, not too many other biker forums would let a thread like the GW one get that far, I do know that the Aprilia forum as a section that isn't moderated and you must be a registered user to even see it, or at least I think it isn't moderated and if you have a weak stomach or sensitive mind don't venture in there. Maybe not a horrible idea to turn the banter section into a members only area and ease up on the leash some, but I for one am not for personal insults, well thought out insults are sometimes acceptable

Why does it seem like everything from upgrades to flashy unessicary items are being made, fabricated or mass produced in Germany? my friend rides a 675, my Aprilia and even here on the Guzzi realm anything crazy/outlandish/cool seems to be getting fabricated in Germany, are they really that bored?? wth, this may be a dumb question but everywhere I look it seems like it leads back to Germany. Why didn't I take German in school? life would be a lot easier for me now I bet the hoff has something to do with this.

I never delete stuff without shooting Jaap a pm about it. I locked a topic once but still reported it, The only ones besides Jaap and Paul that can do those things is me and in this area Martin. I would be suprised if something got deleted thats usually reserved for spam, bad topics just get put on lockdown and thrown into the archive forum never to be heard from again, unless you want to read a 100 pages of dribble its all right there for you.

that was on ebay years ago when I was looking for a V11, the thing has had some more mods done I'll give it that but its a bit over the top, even for me. I think its changed hands a few times.

What are you smoking, I want some , raise the wheel in third gear? are you mad. Maybe unload the forks but I bet it has a lil trouble finding that third gear wheelie for a long wheel base, heavy, sport-touring at best position, don't get my wrong I Luv the Griso but the seating position left me more than unimpressed for my 6'2"&half frame it felt like the wrost of both worlds akward leg postion and stretched out arms I would need to ride it to see if it feels better at speed. I'll give you first gear but third is just wishful thinking

I went down to redwing and by welch village I MUST SAY county 7 its only about a 10 mile maybe 15 strech that goes by welch village but it is like a Race track with tight sweepers and amazing views as it goes through a huge valley with clifs all around, I'm going to go back there next weekend with some friends fo sho. Side note saw a sweet green centauro in redwing and made a U turn in the street, talked to the guy has two cali's the Centauro and just got a Scura, he was worried about his clutch but I said whats the worst that could happen, not like its gonna explode Sweeeet V10 tho, made me want one nother side note, amazing how many more squids I see now that I have the Ape, guy did a stand up wheelie right next to me on the freeway today and he was all wobbly and scetchy so I got away from his dumbarse, then like 10 min later these dim bulbs in a saturn next to me are motioning for me to shift down and pop it up, now first of all traffic was all over the place there wasn't any room to do that and second its not through the breakin so I just shook my head no, I could see they yelled Why and shrugged but I'm not going to die to impress some slack jawed yokles, super models I'd think about it, but not those clowns.

I dunno, that one is my favorite , something dark about that one has me mezmorized.
