Why do most Deisel bikes have to be so freaking ugly and slow? I WANT this BIKE sooooooo BAD talk about being different and I bet the damn thing would run for 100 years without a breakdown. 0-60 in 4 sec but I can't find fuel consumption info. I bet it could burn biodeisel too. Only drawback? the catch you might add? all the money you save in fuel will goto the mortgage payment you'll have on the bike. Well I'm 6'2" 225# So I'm not a little guy and the V11 is perfect for around 100 miles then my legs start to go numb. I just wish I would have gotten the V11 right away instead of fooling around with a Suzuki lightweight cruiser. It looked like a mini bike with me on it and was the bike most harley riders bought for their wives. With the condition of the roads and abundace of dealers I'm thinking either a BMW 1200GS or a Harley Street bob. I know I'd like something sportier but there just isn't any good place to ride them in MN without first riding 2-5 hours on a bike that shouldn't be ridden for more than 30 min. I think I'll be ok with a b road bike. My goose is a decent enough A road bike I can easily keep up with any jap bike just not on the freeway

The goose could last you forever if you take care of it. Ducati's seems to have more gremlins than ducks. Talk the dealer down as far as you can and snatch it up it looks like a nice one. Insurance on my 2000 V11 sport is $14.50 a month. I started at $12.50 a month and For some reason its gone up a dollar a month right around the times the wife totalled a car. Hmmmmm. Still I'm 25 and I've heard of even cheaper.

Maybe if they would have made a whole bunch when the USSR dumped their titanium on the world market after they fell. The stuff was pretty cheap but it seems to have been on the rise since they decided to make everything out of it these days. But there must be more of a reason why they don't use it as engine blocks that we maybe don't know about someone like jason or I'm sure Ratchet could fill us in.
