Stick me down for one too Pete. Would it be possible to extend the side edge by a couple of inches, out under the dipstick hole and make a mounting for a bottle of whisky too? And maybe a couple of aerodynamic spoilers to increase downforce? And maybe a clip-on type of mounting to carry tools on the other side? Come on Pete,a simple plate is waaay too easy.

v11F Ihad planned to change the crossover for a Stucchi, fit Mistral cans and cut away the airbox,so the PC111 was a good choice for me to be able to alter the fueling to suit. Prior to the above,I had the dyno operator pull a couple of runs just to give a baseline to work from. The stock ecu wasn't too bad,a little lean in places,a tad rich in others, but nothing to be worried about. After fitting the goodies, the fueling was,as expected, miles out.The PC111 simply plugs in between the ecu plug and the ecu. When the dyno operator enters your data, the screen shows which injector values to change-richer,leaner. It was a doddle to fit and combined with the other mods, made the bike pull a bit harder and run smoother.Much nicer to ride. Todd @Guzzitech is the PC111 guru for Guzzis and a hellova nice guy to deal with.

Sorry coloquialisims creeping in. A brammer is the dogs danglies. Top stuff It's so good, you automatically hate the lucky bastard that's got it.

One of these days,I'm going to HAVE to build a tonti cafe racer. Some real brammers there.

Nice to hear. If you can get access to a dyno for half an hour,I'd get them to pull a couple of runs and check your air/fuel ratios. You dont want to burn a piston running too lean. I've got a PC111 and couldn't be happier with it.In my case,it made quite a bit of difference to the smoothness of the motor and it was reassuring to know that the a/f ratios are smack on.

It's a good start,Jim but it's not really sport,is it? Max altitude 500ft. 4x .50 cal brownings with 2000 rounds each or 2x75mm oerlikon cannons with 50 rounds. Penalty zones within the flight area randomly chosen by the public with radar guided AAA tracking 1 second behind your trajectory, time decreasing by 0.1sec per second for ten seconds. Get weaving, boy! Max flight time 30 minutes, in the event of no winner, the AAA is activated til one is shot down. The pilots would of course be fully protected by a top quality crash hat and leather jerkin and breeches.

I've got cafe sport bars on risers. The steering damper has been off for about a year now.I've never had so much as a sniff of a speed wobble or any other kind of instability,so to state that there's an inherent problem is going too far.My yokes are about an inch down the fork legs which allied to the moonscape known as the road surface here should mean it's twitchier than a tourettes sufferer. Some bikes may need a wee bit of adjustment, but the V11 is not,as far as I can see,any more unstable than anything else. My race tuned Laverda Mirage had inherent handling problems, the V11 does not.

I have a nice yak you can rent. But you'll have to curdle the fat yourself. -
Thats exactly what I thought when I looked at it.The spindle should come in from the right hand side as viewed from the riders perspective. Jason, you have eyes like a hawk edit-I looked at the pic again, hard to see,but does the spindle need pushed through more?(this box of tricks still not working right)

Oh right. The computer still aint right, link things didnt work so I went back. Did you find out what it was? You should've gave us a call.I could have watched. Only kiddin.I've been using the Redline for a year now and it's good stuff. The way it seems to "cling" to gears and stays cool is uncanny.

Contact Ratchethack on this forum,he's one of K&N's chief financial investors and can advise you which will suit you best. His eternal praise of his favourite company can become tiring, but allow him his indulgencies,in his dotage his reminiscences become more romantic and misty eyed all the time. I'm sure someone will put up a link to the wonderful stimulating debate he sparked,or try the search for K&N or something.

Yeah,Ray Porter's going well all right. The young Aussie Cameron Donald's flying too. Can't wait.I'll try and get the box brownie working and get some pics.

Why'd you take it all to bits?Did you think something else was wrong? Was there a Snap-on tool van following you with all the tools you'd need. My pack of cards and copy of Gullivers Travels are great breakdown aids, but probably not quite as handy as your obviously well filled toolbox(ahem).

Bumpy????? Pah! You boys up there dont know when you've got it good.Come down to Meath.Last week I went into a pothole and didnt come out the other side for 3 days.

Was it any good?At least it stayed dry. Skerries this Saturday. Anybody going?

Nah,it was that download.I tried to fix it myself, but apparently a 5lb hammer isnt a recommended computer maintainance tool I only succeeded in making things worse. BFG,you having trouble with your box?

I've got one of the Maxton shocks.Very pleased with it,though it can be difficult to determine which is best on the billiard table smooth surfaces down here. Compared to the stock Sachs,it's as different as something which is very very different indeed. But in a good way. Put it this way, after a spin,I lick it clean.Give you any idea how much better it is?

Well, the old virus fair ate the computer, have just got it back and the repair guy said it was "fairly #@$&@#@ up".So we're well suited then. Nice to see everyone's still here.

That's absolutely fantastic. It would be hard to find a guy who earned it more than Robert.Spoke to him at the Ulster a couple of years ago.Hell of a nice guy,not like the short circuit prima donnas at all.F@ck it,I'm getting a drink or ten to celebrate.

I reckon he was just pulling your leg about the amount of time you spend making sure your cocks in full health. And why not? I try to make sure mine works properly and maintain it regularly.

Just looked it up on the map,Dungannon is the nearest big town. BFG, have you any info on the actual area the races are at. I couldn't find Bush(no, on the map ).

No no,surely it should resemble an inverted helical spiral?
-
"trying to fit a dragons tail into the back of a van....." Things are just a bit different where you are, aren't they BFG.

It's a date, big boy. Where is Bush? Near Belfast? Nige,if you go to the NW 200 again, dont go telling the locals how much you like it "here in Ireland". You'll be strung up.
