  5. Agreed,if you watch the throttle trace of Stoners bike compared to the rest,he seems to pretty much pin it all the time and the traction control sorts it out. The likes of Rossi,Hayden and that can be seen to be feathering the throttle open,if you get what I mean, but Stoners trace just looks like it jumps straight to wide open. I might have misread it,of course, but that's how it looks to me.
  6. http://www.hossack-design.co.uk/ You a fan of Normans' designs too,Mike?

Yeah, sounds good.My poor bikes in a hell of a state. She hasnt even been turned over for months.I'll have to get into her at the weekend, see whats lying beneath the corrosion and rust.
  14. I simply cant believe that hydraulic drive hasnt been discussed yet. Surely the simplest way to avoid all these problems would be to mount a small hydraulic pump on the gearbox output shaft and drive a motor within the rear hub. Self lubricating too.And considerably lighter than that ring and pinion.

Sadly not. A long and sordid tale of broken promises, lies and double dealing. The mate and I had to wind up the business and sell off the trucks. Down a lot of money, but, like Aristotle said, you have to be philosophical about things.

I got a little cover that goes on the pillion area. It's a kind of slightly tacky vynil and attatches with elasticated straps. They come up on e bay for jap bikes fairly often.Unfortunatly,I have no idea who makes them. Happily though,I now have herself so fit,she can crack walnuts with her arse
