l bought a disc on e-bay a couple of yrs ago and didn't find it too good so, l got a Guzzi workshop manual and Parts manual (very good as it shows good exploded view drawings of everything) from Harpers Guzzi in the States not too $$$ and since l'm mechanically left footed, good for me Cheers Van

Well it's been a very long, cold, wet, winter, and FINALLY the Moon. Earth and Stars aligned and l could roll "The Beast" out of the shed and have a go, for being stuck away in a cold leaky shed it didn't look too worse for wear, the grime of it's last outing still there as l never wash it, or really even take much care of it. l sat back and admired it for awhile, the strong contrast between the orange and black has always appealed to me All the usual pre-start rituals have to be taken very seriouslly though, *check the gas......can't remember putting in gas stabilizer *oil?...filthy and very black, and over the mark, but what the hell, l might change the oil this year *take off the air cleaner and pour a little fuel right into the intake *two "hail Mary's" and ... Damn!!....it started up on the second go, so l goosed it to keep it running, set the throttle to max to clear all the old shite out and let it run flat out for a couple of minutes didn't smoke or anything so l got right down to the job at hand and...... l never thought l'd look forward to cutting the lawn, but its a sign that spring is FINALLY coming but then the joke was on me as later that same afternoon......This Happened !!!!... . F**K...will it NEVER END! My Tenni seems rock solid, l set the damper to full off, and then tighten to the third click, so far l've never had any sign of head shake My old '82 BMW R100S used to have the damper set to maximum to keep it under control, especially coming off the gas for whatever reason. Back in the day my brothers '70 750 four would get a real slap every now and then ( 3 real quick, hard, heart stoppers, right to the tank and then go on like nothing had happenend ) Cheers Van

Riding time for me is always an issue, or rather lack of it, my Tenni is in the good and caring hands of Gord at Valley Guzzi for so a service and since l have to go all the way to Chilliwack to pick up the bike, l might be able to go for a little ride as well ............. Scrumpy ??? Ohharrrre matey!!! that be some fine supping you'd be talk'n bout then l lived and worked in Bristol a life time ago and got taken out, REALLY taken out, by my work mates, one of the worst hangovers as l recall, where the stuff came from l don't know, but it was refered to as rough, or farmers scrumpy, l just sort of remember it going down easy, was not clear, but cloudy, didn't taste anything like l thought apple cider tasting like and then loosing a whole lot of brain cels real fast enjoy!!
